I was able to plug in two monitors, my network, and my SSD external drive to my new MacBook Pro M4 Max. Worked perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

It works. Price was expensive comparatively. Maybe I thought 10Gs was needed? I only do 2 1080 HDMI monitors and often just website browsing nothing 4k or intense. It's nice to have a few extra ports for my Dell G15 5530 . But I also bought it for easy SD card swapping as I have some SD cards I use throughout my home so something convenient to plug in is nice. HOWEVER that said as most have noticed this thing gets VERY VERY HOT. Try to place your SD Card into the slot and get ready for a surprise. I'm actually concerned the heat will fry my sd cards What's plugged in? Not a lot - 2 HDMI monitors - 1 Ethernet Thermals taken with a FLIR One. 120F in the card port? Ambient temp is about 65F

This works well for my work from home station. Absolutely a must have if you use a laptop at home and take it to go. It works well with the tv as well. This dock is powering and connecting everything in the photo.

great product for travel. It’s compact, lightweight, and incredibly easy to set up, making it perfect for working on the go. Despite its small size, it delivers strong performance with support for multiple 4K displays and fast 10Gbps data transfer. The build quality feels solid, and the connections are reliable with no drops or lag. If you need a portable dock that can handle a full workstation setup, this one is an excellent choice.

I used this to hook my laptop up to a second monitor and it worked perfectly. Zero issues. But, it can run a bit hot so you might want to keep it away from anything else.

Easy to setup but runs hot. Has the needed ports to support my computer needs

Once working, it does what is intended to do. It does not have a full five stars because when switching between computers, you need to reset it to get it to run with the intended setups. Also, the USB-C entry cable could have been a little longer. And a little overpriced if you buy it at the original price.

Overall it gets the job done. Seems to disconnect when it gets hot or you try and exceed the bandwidth. Needed this to hook my laptop to an lg monitor 165hz 1440p. It works good for that but wont pass through gsync. Can also do 4k 120hz on one monitor but again wont pass through gsync or dolby atmos. Ethernet works great from laptop, iphone and ipad. Keep in mind, while it supports pd passthrough the power connected to the doc wont power devices connected to the hub unless the phone or laptopis also connect. So it wont charge usb speakers even with power hooked up.

The first one I bought stopped working with in a day. The replacement has been good and is exactly what I was looking for.

Good docking system, the cable could be longer to connect to laptop. The wire is strong to withstand bending and flexing worth the cost and cheaper than Amazon for being a smaller docking station. Perfect for two monitor hookup and Logitech mouse or accessories. Plug in play and compact.

I recently purchased the j5create JCD392 and had mixed results. On the positive side, the product has a sleek, modern design that looks great on my desk. Setup was straightforward and simple, which I appreciated since I didn’t have to spend much time figuring out how to get everything connected. However, the performance fell short of my expectations. I specifically needed this device to support multiple monitors, but unfortunately, the third monitor would not display in the correct resolution. I tried troubleshooting and adjusting settings, but the issue persisted. This limitation was frustrating and ultimately prevented the product from meeting my needs. If you’re only using two monitors, this hub might work well for you, but if you’re planning to use three, be aware of potential resolution problems.

Had this for about 2 months now to run my 32” displayport monitor off a Macbook M2. It does get hot like other reviewers mention, but whatever. My only concern is after a few hours it seems to put my 32” to sleep very quickly. If i shake the mouse it comes back but it seems weird.

Overall excellent mini-dock. Very fast, no issues with over heating, and very compact. Only complaint is that the output cord is a little stiff and is starting to crack and come loose where it meets the mini dock. I don't move it around a ton so I'm a little disappointed to see this but at the same time the space I have it is a little cramped so that may play a factor. Do worry about how the cord would hold up if I was someone who traveled with it frequently.

This device allows for extensions on a variety of devices whether you need an extra monitor, Ethernet connections, micro SSD card reader, etc. It works great and is value added to laptops.

I use this to drive two external monitors on my MacBook. I replaced an aging PC and have been happy with the results. The Mac has an odd limitation on how it handles extra monitors. You can only mirror the displays connected to this device. So I use the one on the laptop for one display and the one on this device for the other. The second port on this device mirrors a display to a large screen TV. Knew it when I bought it and it works for me.
