I love the sleek, simple yet Sophisticated design of this docking station. It has everything you need without being bulky or overwhelming.

I love this. I have so many different accessories for my laptop and this gets everything including connection to my monitors.

The issue I wanted to solve with this thing is that I have 2 computers: A personal M1 MacBook Pro and a work computer Dell Latitude 5400. I wanted a docking station to connect to both computers so I could use my monitor, mouse, keyboard, and headphones interchangeably. All of the docking stations I was researching were not either not cross compatible with Mac and Windows (especially M1 MBPs), extremely expensive (everything that seemed worth getting was $250+), or really glitchy (my portable usb hub works intermittently with my mouse and keyboard and flashes a lot). I've had this for a week and my expectations were already blown away. It does not come with a charger in the box but you can use the USB-C charger you have for your computer. The only weird thing to note is that it charges at 10 watts less so if you have a 65W charger, your computer will show 55W, if you have a 95W charger, your computer will charge at 85W (Keep in mind since before I bought the 95W charger the Dell kept giving me a low charging power alert).

I decided to write this review to explain how amazing this little "dock" works for me and hopefully, you. I have achieved the perfect "gaming" set-up using it with a little gaming monitor for my galaxy phone for Samsung Dex, my Nintendo Switch (works perfectly somehow??) With a keyboard and mouse, a type C charger, an HDMI cable to the monitor, an Ethernet port and a 3.5mm port for some speakers it's great. Samsung Dex works great for GeForce Now, my switch thinks it's a run-of-the-mill dock and this dock just chugs right along keeping it all connected. I can't say much more good things about it.

This is great because it has an Ethernet port! All around easy to use and compact so it’s doesn’t take up too much space.

Good usb c hub. Cable can go to either side and has plenty or useful ports.

I use this with a MacBook Pro. The additional USB ports are very useful. The HDMI port just works, as does the Ethernet port. I like that it props the laptop up at a slight angle, which makes typing more comfortable and improves cooling. I've tried other docking stations that were less capable... this one is a winner.

The docking station seems to work well. However, the telephone support lines have been absolutely miserable, unknowledgeable, and have actually lied to me. This week when I took my computer into the store, the person who took my order apparently did not communicate any of the issues that we are supposed to be accomplishing to the people that would be actually working on the computer and it almost cost me all of my data. That would have been disastrous and I explained that to the person that did the intake on the computer. I have recommended Total Tech to a lot of people but I'm now reconsidering my opinion because of the phone line support issues and also this bad experience in the store. I would very much appreciate a call from someone to discuss all of this and to understand if there are plans in the works to rectify any of these situations.

The J5create Docking station works well on a newer computers. If you have an older computer the HDMI will not work. Just make sure you are using it on a newer computer. It works great.

This docking station is a cheaper alternative to name brand stations and works just as well. It’s lightweight and easy to carry with me whenever I am working remotely. I currently have 2 additional monitors, my laptop charger, and multiple USB devices hooked up to it, and it works great. I’ve never had any issues.

I bring this with me everywhere. Very convenient and has all imports you may need to plug into any laptop. 3 usb ports, 1 hdmi, SD Card slots, & Ethernet connections. Up to 4K video quality.

Good product for the price. Apart from the size - it's a bit bulky, and my oversight getting a single HDMI port, it worked quite well.

Solid little dock. Hadn’t expected much based on previous reviews but it has been a great substitute for a $300 dock and has all the same features. Biggest issue is that it doesn’t come with a power cord so you will have to purchase a separate usb-c charger in order to utilize it

We have plaster walls so it was hard to get connections and needed to use a Ethernet. Our new iMac does not have a Ethernet connection so had to use this dock and it also allowed us to connect a few more devices

Works very well but no longer need it as I have all the inputs I need now so is not needed but did do a great job highly recommend

I was having trouble getting multiple screens running on my HP laptop. I added a j5create - USB-C 4K HDMI Docking Station and was able to use both monitors and remote mouse and key board. Very satisfied!!
