The JCD348 is compatible with Windows, Chromebook and Mac computers via USB-C port. If there is a protective case on a computer, please remove so that the device can fit flush to the computer's body for a reliable connection.

I got it for my surface pro 8 and I returned it right away. It’s useless, once you plugged it in, if you’re not careful, you turn your device off because it sits right at the power button

A great addition indeed. Newly manufactured laptops really don’t have many ports to attach peripherals. This little dock is a great solution to that issue. Thank you for choosing a j5create device.
