I have been looking for a camera for months and they have all been sold out. I found this one and was pleasantly impressed. I was worried because I did buy a camera on amazon and it was just so bad but this one was really good picture. The frame rate on it is good if your using it for work or normal chat as far as using it with a green screen though the frame rate drags a little. If it wasn't for that I would definitely rate this 5 star. If you are in need of a Webcam for a good price I would so recommend this. J5 for a brand that normally does not deal in webcams I think they did an awesome job on this. Pros: Good Picture Wide Angle Works pretty good in lower light Easy to set up just plug and play Moveable neck Mountable to a tripod Works with most programs that use webcam such as (discord, skype, zoom, OBS, and online apps like facebook.) Cons: Need External Program if your doing offline recording or photos (not really to much of a con because there are so many programs out there for free) Slight delay in frame rate that would causes clipping in green screen. Over all it is really good for the price especially with how things are right now. So thank you J5 it was not for you I would not have a Webcam at all right now. Your cam is highly appreciated.

For the price, I'm mildly impressed for what this webcam delivers. The video isn't the crispest nor smoothest I've seen from other 1920x1080 webcams, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to people who primarily need it for doing live streaming, but it's perfectly acceptable for video chats/meetings. There's 2 key things this camera is better at than some webcams costing more: auto-exposure and audio. It especially handles bright backlighting well, adjusting to keep your face visible so you don't turn into a dark silhouetted blob. And while the audio isn't anywhere near as good as standalone or headset mic, it is at least on par with, if not slightly better than, the built-in microphone on most computers. Some things worth noting: - The field of view is wider than many webcams, the result being you will appear relatively smaller and lines near the edge of the image will be curved. Not a dealbreaker for me, but something to be aware of. (It's not exactly fisheye level distortion, but it's closer to that than you may want...) - The front of the monitor mount is sort of deep, so it will overlap the display on monitors with thin bezels. - The bottom/pivoting part of the mount isn't rubberized, which might be an issue for some since it could potentially slip (the main flat part directly underneath the webcam *is* rubberized.)

I bought this camera about a month and a half ago. I was skeptical about its quality given the price, but I compared prices within the store and chose this one—with the help of a salesperson—based on its features, price, and ease of use. I was truly surprised by how easy it was to install: you just plug it in, and it works! The video and audio quality are excellent for my needs, and it operates without any interruptions. I really do recommend it. As for the service at Best Buy, I have been very satisfied.

With every Logitech webcam under the sun sold out, this is one of the few you can get in stock at the time of writing this. It does the job as its designed - 1080p, 30fps. It's a boring design and has some gimmicky lights, but it works and that's pretty much all any of us need right now. Works well with Discord, OBS, and Zoom. Plug and play function. Also has a threaded base for use on tripod threaded mounts.

It works great. At the begining I struggle to choose this webcam as my first option in every platform or device.( was me not the cam) It has a very real clear live image of how you really are( of course you can change the settings of webcam in platform ( zoom, etc). My desktop is new and has own webcam but its resolution is not the same as this webcam. Had friends that expressed me how cool they can see me. Not even any tablet resolution compare to this one webcam. I really recommend it.

Use it for virtual appt's with doctors and such. Picture quality is good and connected right away with no issues on either end.

Great, easy to use and affordable camera. To maximize space and increase productivity I added a pair of 27” curved Samsung monitors, a wireless keyboard and mouse to my MacBook Air and no longer use the built in monitor and camera. Now I use this for all my Zoom meetings and just leave it clipped to the monitors. For me and what I use a camera for, it has been perfect. I hope this helps, have a great day.

The easiest webcam to use. It sits securely on top of the monitor although my daughter screwed it on a small tripod with flexible legs; she likes it angled where it looks up at her instead of down at her. She started her 11th grade but students aren't physically allowed in school just yet so she uses it mostly for classes conducted through ZOOM. Really cool webcam. Thank you.

So I’ve had this camera for about two years now and I work remotely from home as a Mental Health Therapist. I will say that it broke about a year into it where it no longer positions itself onto the back of the screen and I had to duct tape it. Also, it does not do well in areas where there’s not great light the video is often very dark and so now I’m looking for a new camera, so that I can have better lighting and not have to worry about having connection issues at least two or three times a week.

This webcam is extremely compact and easy to setup. The webcam has great picture and clear audio. I love the fact that it has the ability to close the lens when not in use

So it worked well without any need for troubleshooting when used on a Facebook Messenger video call; however, on day two when I needed it for a conference call scheduled on Zoom both camera and audio failed, and I was forced to substitute communication mediums. I’m sure I could have gotten it to work, but the inconvenience it caused me has cost it one star from my review.

Very happy with camera. Good resolution and very pleased with the audio and microphone. I conduct public online meetings from home so audio is critical and this camera fits the bill. I returned another webcam because the audio was terrible.

This camera is so great that I actually bought a second one! The quality is clear, there’s decent software for it, and it has a hardware light so you will know if it’s on or not so you can’t be spied on. I’d say I would buy it again, but I already have done exactly that for my secondary computer! Only complaint is the microphone is just “okay”, but considering the price point it’s perfectly fine for basic meetings.

I got this in the mail from BB today and while the 1080 details are great, the exposure was so great my forehead glowed like it was radioactive. I communicate with the J5 chat guy but he couldn't help me as there is no software to adjust the picture. I am returning this to Best Buy and try to find one that looks more natural.

I upgraded because the webcam I had stopped working, I am guessing because of a Windows upgrade. This one works fine both for photos and video. Plug n play.``

I was a bit skeptical on this one, but it came through for me. It was the cheapest web cam available at the time and I thought it would have bad quality, but it looks great!

Excellent product. Fits perfectly on top of my 24” monitor. Works well for my zoom class.
