I like this product because of the ease with which it connects. I like this product because of the awesome clarity of sound that it has, especially if it is set at the correct angle in your ear. Quality and uninterrupted sound! What I am not impressed with is the battery power that does not last long enough for me, and that my ear gets distressed after a while as I wear it over short periods of time. While I realize that this earpiece may not have the same effects on others as myself, overall I think this earpiece is a great product and with a tweak or two, it`s going to be improved soon. No problems hearing or being heard, even in the cab of my tractor trailer. Not used to the battery time being only 5 hours. Also, the earclips and gels? I don't know how to use them, and there are no instructions.

This earpiece has good audio and it’s very clear. Makes driving for UBER very convenient listening to navigation and receiving calls from passengers

Excellent for everyday calls Long lasting battery

My brother a disabled blind veteran who is about as techically savvy as a rock. He cannot operate a phone and now that he is totally blind and after going through like 30 phones and ear pieces, this works. Google assistant even makes calls without having the "hey google" prompt..he simply says "Call Bruce". Keeps our other Google device from arguing with him, and dang if he doesnt argue with Google and Alexa. He is easily frustrated and this helps keep him from a lot of frustration. For the most part. Quality connection, long long standby and talk time. Wish the earpiece was a little less hard on his ears. It definitely helps with the isolattion he feels being blind. Id highly recommend this device for a blind person, and even a not tech savvy person. Best Buy Taveon was so helpful helping to pick out this solution and setting it up for my brother. Taveon is amazing in tech. Simple and a very much appreciated device for assessibility and helping me improve quality of life for my brother.

Good product and works well. Great talk time and connects instantly to iPhone. Siri button is a nice touch. Fits okay, but not perfectly.

Quality frequency is good. Precise audio. Comfortable ear piece.

it was a good item until amonth after the expiration that it just wont turn on anymore :(

I have used jabra bluetooth for years, it has good quality sound, message readout, listen to music or videos, readout call contact...

I like the clarity that I get when taking a call or listening to music.

This device is easy to use and it's great when I am driving for a length of time.

Confortable to Ware sounds great and the price is good

Works great! I can walk around the office without the connection breaking up. Call is clear and both ends and feels comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Plan on getting another when this one is done.

That’s a great item , easy to Bluetooth , Volume is loud Enough Followed them maps is very nice too, I have been losing my time with one older one with the battery AAAA ,Jabra 45 is Car chargeable, outlet charge,The score 1 to 10 is “ 10” and it is very comfortable.

I've used the Jabra Talk 45 for several years, and really like the design overall, but my current one was wearing out from use and the speaker was getting weak. I purchased a replacement from Best Buy, but it quit working and would get hot enough to burn fingers when charging, so I returned it. Same thing from the 2nd one, almost immediately, so I returned it. 3rd time seemed like a charm, and the headset worked for 3 weeks - then same thing, it quit working yesterday, and just gets burning hot when plugged in to charge. To make it worse, Best Buy's return policy is 15 days, and its now been 22 days, so will see if they stand behind their defective products or not. Overall, this should be a great headset, but it seems like their quality has suffered, or a bad batch that needs to be recalled.

I love this as it allows a hands free mobile phone experience.

There were multiple shiwn to me, by a great sales associate. She discribed this one as mid-grade. I am extremely hsppy with the quality. The price is also awesome!

For the most part this east piece is great. The range is really good and being able to move more than 10 feet from a phone or computer is nice. I'm able to place my phone on a charger in another room and still use the earpiece. It stays in you ear securely which is great for me as an HVAC technician I find myself laying, climbing, or squeezing through obstacles often. It's very lite and fairly comfortable; I'm able to where it for a 14 hour day. The talk time is only 6 hours, which isn't bad, but there's better out there. The clarity at which I can hear is good. I'm told by others that have no problem hearing me and not a lot of background noise for the most part. I think this is fair to say as my occupation required that I'm often in above average noise levels often. Now my complaints and the reason it didn't get the fifth star. The volume is automatically controlled by the earpiece. How of determines the volume of beyond me because there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to when it decides to turn its self down a few notches other than its almost always the worst time. You can grab your phone, turn it down, then back up to increase the volume but this is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. It's not really been a huge issue, but more of an annoyance when it occurs and truthfully is not often. As far as connecting to 2 sources at once it does this, but not real well. It will often have an issue switching between items. P example, while connected to both a laptop and a phone. If the phone ringing the earpiece might, of might not answer the phone. Or in the same scenario, if you use the headset to activate you're Google assistant sometimes you'll get Google, and in my case, sometimes I'll get Cortana (the windows equivalent of siri or Google) Overall I'm pleased, and if i get as much time out of this one as I did my Plantronics I'll certainly consider again for a future purchase.

I purchased this primarily due to the caller announce feature. I was very pleasantly surprise to find that it also can be set to announce every incoming email by sender and subject line as well as announcing and reading any text messages as soon as they come. This is very handy because it does so even when the phone is on silent ring. The messages are quietly read right into my ear. The quality of this product is very good. It does take a little adjusting and switching of the earpieces to find just the right combination to fit comfortably and direct the sound into your ear. Once done, it works beautifully. Very lightweight and comfortable. Battery life is very good. It also allows me to answer or ignore an incoming call by just by speaking without having to ever touch the headset or the phone. Very satisfied with this purchase.
