Stay away from it until they get the issues fixed. I can see myself loving it as the hardware and the sound is extremely robust, but the 40 second power on, the 10-15 minute auto power off, the constant drain by powering the speaker, lack of ability to keep itself running when plugged in, it needs work. I love it as a speaker, seriously JAM can do next to no wrong there. I can see myself loving it as an Alexa accessing device, but that’s going to require a firmware update, and I do not have any information of a timeframe or that they are going to do that.

Friend previously had a speaker of the same brand that went out all of a sudden so we bought her a new one. We thought this one should be nicer than her last being that her job revolves around music (dance coach). This one is Alexa enabled so she can ask it to play a song instead of having all her girls fighting over a device to play one...score! Plus she said it's 3 times louder than her last speaker and it has a warranty in case this one goes out like the last one. I Only gave it 4 stars because I don't own it and don't see it used every single time.

Bought this speaker for my 2 young children as they like to ask Alexa to do things. It takes a long time to connect to wifi after turning on. Shuts off after short period of time. Even when plugged into outlet, only stays on for short time before auto shutoff. So basically everytime you want to access speaker you have to turn it on and wait. The sound quality is barely acceptable but not unexpected based on price.

For a Bluetooth portable speaker it sounds amazing, has a good price, and doesn’t look too shabby. Bought this for my in-law as a gift and it didn’t disappoint. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a budget friendly speaker with good quality.

Speaker is ok. My review is below, but the negatives far out-weigh the positives: Positive: -Nice compact size. Good for my office Negative; -The charging wire is extremely short, about 6 inches. Are they kidding with such a small wire? You can't even put the thing on a level surface, because it hangs from a PC or plug. Very poor. -Highlight buttons. They are too dark. Even in bright light, you can't see them clearly. I don't get why this is this way. -Sound is ok, but I guess I shouldn't expect much for less than $15.

I like the fact that you can use Bluetooth or wifi for this speaker. The sound is good for such a small speaker, but don't expect your neighbors to complain about it being too loud. I got it when it was on sale for $49. Definitely worth that. The battery life seems really good so far also.

A very good sounding Bluetooth speaker from JAM with the added value of Alexa voice service at the push of a button, proving more control and privacy. Got a couple on clearance, so a great buy.

I brought the speaker to connect to my computer to hear downloaded movies. To my surprise, it also had wifi Alex capabilies to serve as information reporting. I now know it's wifi 2.4 GB only.

I thought it would be a good buy I can't set it up I have tried to get help but I have talked to different people who had same problem and sent it back I don't want to but it is only a paper weight
