New features up JBL's Headphone game
Ontwolegs Posted
I bought these to replace a set of JBL Live 770nc. The performance upgrade is undeniable. These headphones have all of the new features a good set of headphones should alongside improved hardware performance. From what I understand they have all of the performance features Sony has at a reasonable price. For me it was between these and the Sony xm6. I didn't like the look of the Sony headphones, they looks bulky. They have the same improved Bluetooth connection with the LDAC technology and improved performance with lower power consumption. Also from my understanding they have nearly the same range of frequency response. So far the only downside I'm experiencing is a tendency to slip off my head while laying down.

Noise cancelling

I had a set of Bose before, they were older but sounded great. The JBL ones sound just as good, but the noise cancellation is excellent. Makes a huge difference.

Could be louder, a little more bass. I wouldn't purchase again but since I already have it, it does the job. Better then beats and Sony right now

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the audio performance of your headphones. To address the volume and distortion concerns, we recommend performing the following troubleshooting steps:
• Check Audio Balance: Ensure that the left/right balance control on your device is set to the default (centered) position. Additionally, please check the balance or EQ settings within your specific music playback app.
• Reset Bluetooth Connection: A corrupt Bluetooth connection can sometimes affect audio quality. We suggest 'forgetting' or unpairing the headphones from your device and then performing a manual re-pairing.
• Isolate the Source: To determine if the issue originates from the source device or the headphones, please test the headphones with a different device, such as a tablet or another smartphone.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us at support.jbl.com for further assistance.
