I am female and have a small, narrow head. Earbuds are uncomfortable and over-ear headphones are way too big. That's where on-ear headphones come in handy. After six months of research, these popped up on my radar. When I saw the price reduction on Best Buy's website I decided to pull the trigger and purchase them. Here my finally thoughts. The Good: - Fit, especially for smaller heads and ears. - Soft ear cushions. - Battery life - Audio quality with ANC enabled - ANC cancels out my fan, air conditioning, and faucet when I do dishes. It also cancels out most of the voices around me when I shopping. Overall, it's pretty good for the price. - Hands-free calling in quite environments. (I haven't taken any calls in populated areas so I cannot attest to the quality.) - Multi-point connectivity (allows you to connect to two devices simultaneously.) for easy switching. - App that allows you to configure and control things like sound profiles, voice assistant, ANC, auto-shutoff, auto-play/pause, and ambient modes. - USB-C with fast charging. - Button controls on the headphones allow you to power on, play, pause, adjust volume, skip or reverse tracks, pair, and toggle between ANC and ambient modes. The Bad: - Fit for individuals with larger heads and glasses. I'd skip these altogether if I were you. - Button placement is very close together. It could use some spacing out. - Ear cushions are made of that awful pleather material that gets very warm. I have the same issue with my work headset. I purchased two pairs of washable, fabric ear covers on that other site that starts with an "A" for under $10. Problem solved. - Sound while ANC is off isn't great. The Ugly: - The auto-play/pause function on these is awful. Like everything that is touch controlled, it doesn't work correctly. It cannot distinguish the difference between intentionally removing the headphones and accidentally movement. I ended up disabling the feature altogether but for some reason, it still beeped. JBL's website has instructions on how to reset the headphones (while powered on, hold down volume up and down until they restart. No need to repair, just re-connect to your devices.) and that did fix it. If it becomes an issue again, I will wear them on the wrong ears. I did this before I figured out how to reset and I had no problems. The Unknown: - I'm curious to see how these headphones hold up over time. The headband is reinforced with a thin piece of metal so it won't break when you adjust these to fit your head. You can fold these up for travel or lie them down flat when when you take them off. But it doesn't look like the hinge system received the same reinforcement so I'd imagine it could easily break if you are not careful.

Wow is what I can say about these headphones.You ask why? Ive tried headphone that were more costlythan these.Love the sound,The Fit,and the JBL app which you can change your sounds etc...These Hphones are a great price so my thoughts would say Buy Them!!

Headphones fit well and sound good. I will they would compact a little more to transport. Other than that, good value.

Bluetooth to any device, no dongle required. Excellent sound quality unless you try to game with them.

Great for the price, and a solid entry level noise cancelling pair of headphones. The headphone cable is a 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm which could get dicey of you lose it or have cats that like to chew, and I wish you could disable the pause feature when you pull one ear off. Otherwise they are great.

Really good quality headphones, use them a lot at work and when at the gym! Continue to have great sound quality, crisp and clear!

These headphone work great, the noise cancelling works wonderfully. These were a great purchase for the price. Definitely good headphones for people that have issues wearing ear buds like me.

Bluetooth works perfectly. ANC ensures that side conversations dont creep into the calls especially in office settings. Charges fast. Only downside is that it does not come with a case and need to be purchased separately

Bought these for my granddaughters for Christmas and they love them every time they have them on their heads I tried talking to them and they can’t even hear me. That’s how good they are.

I love my headphones so much they are amazing I wear them all the time!

I’m a petite person with small ears and loved the snaller size of these. Unfortunately after wearing them for about 30 mins my eara were bright red and irritated from the tightness and position of the fit. I think these can definitely work for some people but didnt for me. The aound quality was nice and at the great sale price, I was sad to return them. Attached photo to show the fit

They are a good product. I really liked it overall. The only drawback is that over time they become uncomfortable, since they put pressure on the ears. But it is understandable, it is on-ear. To avoid this, over-ear headphones are a good option.

Customer service was great. It wasn’t in stock and she offered to order and ship within 2 days.

Good noise cancellation but very annoying. The slightest touch to the outside makes the song pause. It was very annoying to workout in. Sounded like the music kept skipping. Not a huge fan.

i purchased these for myself after trying out my daughters headphones. They sounded great but hers as well as mine have already broken! Sad. My twins have a pair and one of theirs is broken too! Purchase with a warranty!

Cannot really move around with these. The Bluetooth assistance keeps trying to connect when you move around. And when you take the headphones off it pauses the video you're watching. A little too small but pricing is average
