Pleased with this purchase. Mic is passable with some people telling me it doesn't sound great with others saying it sounds fine. Noise cancelling works to block your computer or AC noise but isn't that effective for non droning noises. Voices have a bit of an echo to them but music and gameplay sounds are great. Overall happy with the purchase and I haven't had any issues with it connecting to my PC. Also battery life is great (turn off the lights to make it last even longer)

I bought this for my fiance after trusting all the other good reviews on multiple sites for this product. He absolutelt LOVES it. He can olay his bluetooth as back ground music , the spacial audio (i think thats the term) is amazing, he can hear things in the game he couldnt before with his old headphones. And he can even hear when people are running behind him, erc. He can even set it to completely block out sound or to allow some sound in if he still wants to know what me and the kids are doing or wants to talk to ye while hes gaming. He loves these and worth the biy!

Setup was seamless — I plugged the dongle into my PS5 and it was ready instantly. The packaging felt premium, and the instructions were clear and thorough. I use the headset wirelessly (and sometimes while charging), typically for 4+ hour sessions. The soundstage is accurate, and directional cues in FPS games come through clearly. Mic quality is excellent — teammates say my voice is crystal clear — and the ANC blocks out background noise surprisingly well (even with two box fans running). Unfortunately, the lack of bass and weak battery life are dealbreakers for me. As someone used to a high-end soundbar, the audio here feels hollow by comparison. It’s a comfortable headset and works well enough, but for the price, I expected more power and depth — both in sound and battery performance. I’m planning to return these and try the Astro A50s instead. If JBL improved the battery and added fuller bass, this could’ve been a keeper.

Excellent sound quality and easiest set up I've ever had for headphones. Literally just plug in and good to go.

It has great surround sound and good base. Sound quality is excellent. Would recomend for most games. The battery life is good if you turn off the lighting in the app. The app to control the headset is easy to use and offers lots of setting. The head tracker feature takes a second to get use to, but once you do it is a very nice feature. Dont think i will ever use a headset without it.

Feels good, great gaming headset. Unboxing was a treat, has their own headset bag, when done using. Also, the tray that they lay in feels like you can keep the box to store them. Braided cables, the microphone is awesome, ear cuffs top notch, details make the difference. I'd put them up there with my Beats headset. If you enjoy your session, then a good gaming headset is a must!

The sound quality is exceptional. I use them for gaming and Im pleased with the performance and being able to hear very high pitched noises. I have one gripe though. You can access the additional app to get its full functionality unless you are on a PC. I am on PS5. I didnt realize this when I bought them for that specific feature. Im still happy with them overall.

Headset has great sound and the spatial sound is awesome! It is a little heavy for a gaming headset but thats partly due to the high build quality. My only real complaint is after long hours of gaming, my big ears get a little sore. Great headset especially if you can get it on sale!

50mm drivers sorb Bluetooth to my phone at the same time as my PS5. Also has head tracking and volume control for both game chat and audio chat. Sounds quality is actually as good if not better than Astro a50. Noise cancelling works really good. And these headphones have greater spatial sound than the Astros. Astros have a more solid build with more metal and these use a bit more plastic in the band.

Honestly have had the best experience with these headphones. They sound good, the way they move with your head is crazy. If you get the chance or need a good set of headphones pick these up

It is the best gaming headset I've ever owned. Whenever I'm playing, i can hear the other's trying to sneak up on me, and it gives me the advantage to get them before they get me. Everyone in my account asked me how i knew that someone was sneaking up on me, when I told them it was from my headset, they all asked me what I had so they can get the same one.

It's really not that this is a bad product - in fact, the product description changed since I purchased them to be more accurate. When I purchased them, the description also indicated they were also wireless compatible with Xbox, but it turns out it isn't, and you need a 3.5 mm audio cable that is included to use it for Xbox. The current description reflects the accuracy of the product. If it was accurate, I wouldn't have purchased it! I returned it because it was not what I was looking for. Otherwise, I thought these were extremely comfortable and the sound quality was phenomenal both from the game and chat. However, my chat output was apparently terrible; both with the audio cable and using blutooth, in the first scenario I couldn't be heard very well, and in the second I couldn't be heard at all. I think getting them for half the price can definitely be worth the value but I think, unfortunately, due to the really poor mic output quality, I can't say I can recommend.

Bought it to be compatible with the PS5 instead of the expensive recommendation Sony provided. Super happy with the purchase. My son loves being able to hear clearly when communicating and the noise canceling capabilities due to a high resolution sound. Definitely recommend!
