A: Thank you for your inquiry. Our JBL Vibe Buds have the Bluetooth version 5.2.
Q: How do you know when earbuds are fully charged?
A: You will know they are fully charged when the green light isn't blinking anymore on the charge port.
A: Thanks for your question. For your JBL Vibe Buds TWS to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the volume is imbalanced, please clean the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Fantastic earbuds
Use these quite often. They have fantastic sound and great Bass. They are magnetic so they stick to my laptop easily whenever I take one off. The battery lasts as long as I need it to. The build quality is excellent and they feel like they will last me a very long time. I have dropped these a thousand times and they still look brand new. They connect quickly and stay connected all day. I recommend these as I feel like I got a wonderful value and I would definitely buy them again.

Decent mid grade earbud
They work great! Great sound, decent bass, and great volume control. They dont have any annoying flashing leds while in operation either which is a plus for me.
