Bought this JennAir fridge about a month and a half ago when our 15-yr old KitchenAid gave out. It was a bit of a gamble because it’s a new product that had zero reviews but we took a chance anyway based on JennAir reputation. It’s been great for us so far. The doors are extremely sturdy, unlike some others that we saw in the store, and the thing looks great. The diamond grooved handles prevent fingerprints and also make it easier to open and close. We like that the water and ice dispensers are inside so water doesn’t drip down the front of the door. Not too noisy at all. Only thing we found a little odd is that there’s no JennAir badge anywhere, just a reference to their website on a manufacturer sticker inside. Overall we’re very happy with this fridge.

The doors are miss aligned by 1/8”. The left door is difficult to close when the right is closed.

We ended up returning this TV. The delivery drivers damaged our home and driveway upon entry and the fridge itself for the price point wasn’t up to part. It had water line issues from the start and the freezer drawers liked to get stuck. Electronics in fridge started flashing after a month. But thankfully Best Buy customer service made it an easy return.

I only purchased this because I had other Jennair appliances but worst refrigerator I have owned and the most expensive. Not worth the price in any way shape or form. It is at the recommended temp and still freezes stuff in fridge. Freezer section is not efficiently designed. Have had two service calls and it isn't a year old.

The JennAir Refrigerator is a great update for our kitchen. I like how the ice maker and water dispenser are hidden inside of the refrigerator. The drawers in the freezer help keep food organized in the freezer. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Looks great but not truly counterdepth. Bought because handles match other Jennair appliances. Happy it doesn’t have logo on it. ( range and dishwasher do)

Very Happy. Jen Air Makes good Stuff. I live in a Beach Condo , previous owner had older Jen air . Just wanted to upgrade.to a 72” height refrigerator. I have owned subzero in the past. I Just can’t understand why people buy cheap refrigerator. Spend a little bit more and get quality.

We've owned this refrigerator for just over four years and it has given us nothing but headaches. The ice maker has been replaced three times and the unit would stop cooling randomly and we would find our food too warm. Thankfully, we purchased the extended warranty but once that expired we found ourselves in trouble. The compressor is gone, and while Whirlpool does warranty it, check out online reviews for the linear-wise motion compressor. The repair people do not want to repair it bc of the low rate of success and we would have to pay the labor to keep having new ones installed, not to mention the downtime of waiting for the compressors to come in w/no working fridge. Whirlpool will not replace the model and stand by their product. Buyer beware, its a beautiful fridge but having to replace one this expensive after four years is a huge waste of money!

We bought this refrigerator and from the get-go the temp was uneven throughout the refrigerator. It freezes food that were more in the back half of the refrigerator. In other words, it kills leafy greens. And carrots, and any other fruit or vegetable you store. Don't waste your money on this name-brand. It was the worst appliance purchase we've ever made

Less than a year I have had two services and still not workin right, now jennair is ofering me an very expensive extended waranty…not worth the price.
