Does not last. It looks great and bought the warranty. However, after 6 years (just past the 5 year warranty) the freezer door leaks. Best Buy has not been able to get us a new door (which is over a $1000), Geek Squad has been putting us off since April, and still leaks over our floors (now June 15). Jennair does not respond to us. We now need to buy another refrigerator. Out SubZero lasted o over 20 years, we should have paid the extra money. Now we really have to pay. Please look at our cabinet damage.

After receiving the fridge we noticed the doors seals dont hold down tight, Bestbuy was great! and replaced it but the same issue again which we couldn't accept. We are now waiting for pick up to receive another trusty KitchenAid brand fridge. Thanks Bestbuy for standing behind your products and customers.

Wierd interior and not lots of versatility. Ice machine not working perfectly. Came dented and part has not been replaced 6 months later.

It is an expensive refrigerator! We expected a state of the Art appliance for the price. Unfortunately, the icemaker broke down almost as soon as the appliance was placed in our home! After 4 service calls, I called Jenair customer service and spoke to Brandon, a very helpful individual who asked me to please accept another service call. I did accept it and the icemaker still coulrdnt be fixed! Brandon then agreed to a replacement of the unit. It took almost 5 weeks to get the replacement and we hope it will work properly. The Jenair customer service was excellent, but the 3rd. party repair and delivery services leave a lot to be desired!
