I have to give a poor rating to this purchase because Best Buy has not lived up to my expectations. They used a third party to deliver my products and the third party failed to install and deliver my products in the way it was agreed upon. Leaving me with my husband to install our products ourselves. Come to find out there is a problem with the stove knobs and I end up contacting Jen air about it and they sent someone out and I was told I have to wait 1-2 weeks for the parts to come in. Mind you this is a brand new purchased item. If the third party that Best Buy hired were to install my product like they were supposed to, I would have never had an issues and it probably could have gotten corrected on the spot. I had my kitchen appliances delivered to me since 12/19 and it’s January 12th and I cannot still use my brand new range. Which as you can see on there website was very expensive.
