I really like the stove. I wish the grates were coated so you can slide a pan across when needed. There is no manual included so I had to look online how to use the air fryer. We are still experimenting with the air fryer. It does seem to take longer to air fry food than the recipe indicates. Another issue we had do to the house- we had to have a plumber come in and make the gas line hook up flush to the wall. Otherwise the stove would be 5 inches from the wall. The guy that installed this said he sees this a lot. The oven does a good job of baking food evenly. The control pad is easy to use and does have a lock system.

Best Buy wants me to review this - okay, here it goes. I ordered this in late March / early April and we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR OVEN. Every 1-2 weeks I get a call saying we are so sorry, this is delayed, we apologize, etc. Total garbage. It's scheduled to be delivered soon, but if not I am cancelling this and the other $10k worth of appliances we purchased for our home. For those who do not know - if you buy a lower price major appliance, Best Buy probably has it in stock. If you want something "nicer", Best Buy will lie to you, say it's in stock, then immediately delay your deliver after purchase. The reason? After you buy it they have to go FIND it. It doesn't exist. They are lying to customers on their website about inventory and availability. This has happened to me with literally every major appliance purchase over the last two years. Save yourself the trouble and go to Home Depot or Lowes.

Very satisfied with the dual fuel range and oven. Only drawback that i have is the placement of the surface burners. The lower btu burns would be better toward the front of the range, rather than the back. The oven controls are easy to touch, sometimes a bit too easy, nut overall, a good cooking unit.
