Even one star I don't want to give to. First of all, I didn't open it and I didn't use it. When I returned this recording/ playing cassette to Bestbuy store, the staff who said that I have to call the customer service to get return label. But the customer service who told me have to call manufacturers for refund. That's ridiculous. I purchased from Bestbuy online. Why I have to ask for refund from manufacturers?
