E bike
JohnG Posted
This is a nice E bike for someone small maybe up to 150 pounds. It has a nice bright light on it and it's comfortable to ride. However, the speed is a little slow. And the distance for the battery usage is very poor. I was only able to travel about 7 miles before the battery died.

Dear John,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Jetson Bolt Pro Max eBike. We’re glad to hear you found it comfortable to ride and appreciated the bright headlight feature. However, we’re sorry to learn that the speed and battery range did not meet your expectations.
Battery performance can vary based on several factors, including rider weight, terrain, temperature, and the level of pedal assist used. That said, getting only 7 miles on a full charge does seem below the expected range, and we’d like to look into this further to ensure your unit is performing as it should.
Please reach out to our support team at your convenience by calling our toll-free number at 1 (844) 585-7462. We’re available daily from 10 AM to 6 PM EST and would be happy to assist you with troubleshooting or exploring potential solutions.
Thank you again for your feedback—we value your experience and are here to help.

Good bike, efficient, reaches a maximum speed of 15 mph although sometimes it feels a little faster, be careful when accelerating and pedaling at the same time

Great eBike for Getting Around
JUANC Posted
I’m very happy with the Jetson Bolt Pro Max. It’s compact, easy to ride, and has a nice design. The battery range works well for short trips, and the bike feels sturdy and comfortable. It’s also easy to store and transport. Overall, it’s been a great eBike for getting around and I would definitely recommend it.

Quick acceleration and consistent speed
SatisfiedCustomer2026 Posted
The charge time was approx. 4hrs; the LED is perfect for in city; the pedals allow for a consistent (easy effort!) 5mph+ on all paths; the acceleration rate is very fast and the top speed holds around 15mph even on 8% grade hills (amazing, but rare in most cities). Unfortunately: Someone stole mine ~2 weeks after my purchase.

Ok kinda small for any adult, better for a teen
Eric Posted
It is OK for a teenager or child. Definitely too small for an adult uncomfortable to ride. The pedal assist is not adjustable. It’s a single speed. It’s just not very practical for an adult. Range is OK and the speed is OK about 14 miles an hour without peddling and we’ve driven it about 10 miles between charges with no problems.

Super nice electric bike
NESTORS Posted
Nice, light and easy to use, for new users they have to be careful when pedaling so as not to lose their balance, it is important to keep the battery load pedaling to enjoy the bike for longer.
