This is a nice E bike for someone small maybe up to 150 pounds. It has a nice bright light on it and it's comfortable to ride. However, the speed is a little slow. And the distance for the battery usage is very poor. I was only able to travel about 7 miles before the battery died.

I purchased this at Best Buy. The bicycle has electrical issue. The front headlight does not turn on. I tried to contact Best Buy, so I can returned defective bicycle. Still no answering. I’m heading over to the store to see if they can fix this issue or give me my money back I don’t recommend this don’t buy it.

bought tis on 5/18 use it on 5/21 and after a few miles boom flat tire!!! luvkily i was able to return it.. waaste of time and money!!! dont buy this product

It is OK for a teenager or child. Definitely too small for an adult uncomfortable to ride. The pedal assist is not adjustable. It’s a single speed. It’s just not very practical for an adult. Range is OK and the speed is OK about 14 miles an hour without peddling and we’ve driven it about 10 miles between charges with no problems.

the head light is bright for night time riding and it needs a brake light high and low beam. My rear brake pad fell off the bike after a quick ride down the road to the store...only knew about that because I heard it hit the ground but have no idea where the hardware to hold the pad in place is... Can't just screw it back in because of the spacers it needs to keep the pad in place so I'm working with the front brake only... The range is way off... you get around 12-15 miles not even close to 25like advertised. Rode after it rained and the splash guards work great didn't even feel anything on my back or my feet and I was in Adidas slides. i only payed $300 out of pocket for mine because of gift cards.
