These earbuds are the only ones I've had in my life that actually stay in/on the whole time I'm using them. I do virtual work and need headphones. As a therapist, it is very disruptive to the process what an earbud slips out when a client is mid sentence. They are snug without being too tight, charge very quickly, and the sound quality and noise cancellation make my work a breeze! These were totally worth the cost and I'll absolutely get them again if need be!

The JLab Flex are a fantastic find – especially if you're like me and don’t like the feeling of in-ear buds. These are open-style earbuds, which means they don’t go inside your ears – and that’s a huge win for comfort and awareness. Comfort: Super light and you barely feel them. Since they rest outside the ear canal, there's no pressure or soreness even after hours of use. Perfect for people who hate traditional in-ear designs. Situational Awareness: This is what makes them amazing – you can still hear what’s going on around you. Great for walks, bike rides, commuting, or working in shared spaces where you want to stay alert. Sound: Even though they’re open, the sound is surprisingly clear and well-balanced. You won’t get super deep bass like in-ear models, but the mids and highs are solid, and they sound great for calls, music, and podcasts. Battery: Long-lasting with a small, stylish case. I use them throughout the day and rarely need to recharge more than once or twice a week. Mic Quality: Calls are crystal clear, and people can hear me even outside or in noisy areas.

Great for workouts with running. I love how it fits and the battery life. Only con is the music volume. Even though it doesnt sit in ear, it should be higher. Phone calls are loud. Great investment to do all physical activities.

Bought this for my wife so she can listen to her music and Kpop drama while doing thing, she really like it always on her ears she sometimes forgot that the earbud is there, i tried it just to hear the sound, its really goo for it's intended use, definitely not for serious listening

These earbuds are excellent, the don't fall out ofnmy ears during any strenuous activities and the sound is crisp and clear. 10 out of 10.

Cheap, great sound, stays on during gym workouts and doesnt get loose when running, perfect for what i need, havent had anything wrong with them so far

I expected nothing and got so much more. Genuinely expected to use it for 2 months before they break to get my moneys worth considering theyre 50 bucks but i had to leave a review after I just found them after leaving them in my pants through a washer and a dryer and fhey still charge too. Ive dropped them a dozen times walking biking etc. and they still work just like the day I bought em. I also have been using them at least 40 hrs a week as I use them throughout work for the past 6 months so they have been used, beaten, washed, and dried and are not slowing down. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND but Also! I did see a review of them not fitting in the case but they were put in backwards and that was user error. The left only fits in the left and right in right.

They are very practical, I recommend them because they do not bother my ear, they can be heard very well and are of good quality, the price is also appropriate

These earbuds are great, especially for their price point. I hate having earbuds stuck in my ears. Maybe it's me, but they've never been comfortable no matter how many I've tried. These don't go inside your ears but the sound quality is still excellent. I personalized my case with washi tape just so they weren't plain black and I can find them more easily.

Wow! I was skeptical at first but this ingredient won me over quick. The open ear concept was new to me. I like the flexible of being able to take calls while still being alert with my surrounds. The sound is crisp and clear and the battery lasts my entire 8 hour shift at work

Not perfect but they their job, sound quality it's ok, little lack of bass, battery lasts a week, at fist they don't feel comfortable however you geit used to it. The case is getting some scratches for putting in my pockets with my keys.

Love the product just loose in my earlobes. Should make them in different sizes for people with smaller heads

These keep getting better and better. I was impressed by the sound of them and the price but when I saw a pic of me with them in my ear I was just over the top impressed! They look like cute edgy earrings and fit for my whole presence!

I love my ear buds. They are light weight, I don’t feel them at all. Sometimes I sleep with one in my ear, they are so comfortable.

I have been using it for 8 months now with no issues, a must buy.

I liked them a lot; they don't go too far into your ear, which I think helps prevent ear infections.

Bought 3 pair. 1 for myself, and 2 as gifts. All have failed after about 6 months.
