So far it is working. Had to take it in to the geek squad to set it up proper. I didn't put the little control into the right slot in the back of the computer. The key board is much nicer and better on my hands than the one that came with the computer, Like the desgin a lot for the wrists

Great keyboard, mouse is meh... While I commend J-Labs on the quality and feel of this keyboard, the mouse they chose to package it with was the biggest regret about the purchase. If only the mouse had forward and back buttons, it would have been five stars. About the keyboard, you can connect three devices, which is nice for me as my personal computer sits in the same office and shares the same monitors with my work computer, which makes switching devices easy. The keys are actually particularly good. I must say for a membrane keyboard they did an excellent job mimicking a mechanical keystroke. I enjoy typing on this keyboard and the padded wrist rest was well done, the material feels high quality and also comfortable to use all day. On occasion there will be a random uncommanded letter that will appear when typing, but that's not a huge deal it happens so seldom it's possible that interference could be causing that. I don't seem to experience the issue when using Bluetooth with the keyboard only on the dongle does this happen. The mouse also shares the three device connectivity. Unlike Logitech, you cannot assign the three connection as all Bluetooth or all Unifying Receiver, you get dongle in position one then two Bluetooth positions. Again J-Labs needs to update their J-Lab works software to work via Bluetooth as you cannot make adjustments to the keyboard while pared in Bluetooth mode. overall a great ergonomic keyboard with a great typing feel that rivals that of mechanical types. Would recommend, but be aware of the items I mentioned above, Why four stars and not 3? Because I believe J-labs is making a serious, albeit not perfect, dive into the peripheral market and I love that about them. I think they have the potential to make a great rival to Logitech in the office keyboard word.

I've been very impressed with this keyboard and mouse bundle. The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to use for long hours, whether I'm working, attending meetings, or browsing. The keyboard has a nice layout with a comfortable palm rest, and the mouse fits naturally in the hand without causing strain. The multi-device connectivity is one of the best features. Switching between my laptop and other devices is quick and seamless, which helps improve productivity. The wireless connection is stable, and both devices are responsive with no noticeable lag. The battery life is also excellent, so I don't have to worry about frequent replacements. The dedicated AI shortcut button and customizable settings add extra convenience, and the media control knob is a nice bonus. Overall, this bundle offers great value for the price and is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and productivity-focused keyboard and mouse setup

This is a great quiet keyboard, and it’s beautiful and functional. However, I hit the Home key a lot that is right behind the backspace key and that pretty much deletes what you just did because it takes you to a new open window. I use the keyboard for work, so I am unable to remap the key to something else.

Easy to set up and use. Like the ergonomic design and padding. Excellent value for both wireless keyboard and mouse

The keyboard design and layout reduces hand and wrist strain making data entry a much more pleasurable process. The design reduces mistakes and improves accuracy for a more efficient and productive workflow.

I purchased this item without being able to try it because the price was reasonable, I desperately needed a new one and I could return it if I didnt like it. After using it for a week I am in love with it. It fits my large hands so the feel of it is dynamic. It takes getting use to it but Im sold and very pleased.

Very comfortable and easy to use. So glad to be rid of those cables.

Overall good product, easy to set up to my computer and monitors using the Bluetooth chip. Comfortable keypad and mouse has 3 different sensitivity settings which is nice. Have had it for about 2 months and everything works great, comes with batteries in already and so far have no had to change them. Definitely a good affordable options!

Fabulous and just what I needed. I was experiencing neck, shoulder and wrist pain and I switched to this keyboard type and I instantly no more pain. The size is perfect. The keys are soft and easy to use. Definitely recommend.

I love how the split keyboard feels - it's very comfortable! The wrist support is great too!

After my last mouse started double clicking everything, I needed a replacement. The keyboard feels great and the ambidextrous mouse glides well and the mouse clicks are what I was looking for.

Good combo keyboard very sturdy, I use this for my home office, mouse could be improved more , overall gets the job done perfectly.

With the ability to switch between 3 different computers/tablets via Bluetooth or wifi on both the keyboard and mouse with the simple push of a button, puts this far ahead of all the other similarly priced keyboards! The feel and response of the keys are great, and its very comfortable to use. They best non-gaming keyboard I've ever used.

This is a decent little keyboard/mouse combo. I really like it can connect with both a USB-C dongle or Bluetooth. I do find the dongle connection to be a little more responsive. For an ergonomic keyboard, it’s a decent value.

Works but price was to high, and wasn't what i needed

I like the design of keyboard. However, had problems initially with connection to laptop.

Not sure why but constantly when typing would miss a letter or number very frustrating. It went into the trash the day after I bought it! replaced with a wired keyboard. lesson learned cheep give you cheep performance.

The keyboard has a home key just above the backspace button, which with my large fingers, I kept going away from the note I was writing. I finally popped the key off the keyboard and all is OK now.

The keyboard and mouse are a much better fit, and keyboard has a pad to rest your hands. It did take some time for them to sink permanently.
