Q: Is the case required to use the headphones? Can I leave the case at home and go for a run?
A: The earbuds will power off after 3 minutes of standby. You will need the case to power back on. You may definitely leave the case at home as long as you have audio playing in the meantime :)
Q: Can you take a shower with them on
A: No, you should not wear the JLab GO Air Sport true wireless earbuds in the shower. While they are IPX6 water-resistant, this means they can withstand only powerful water jets (from any direction, up to close-range) for up to 3 minutes. Showering with them on could expose them to prolonged water exposure, which could damage them.
Q: Is it compatible with a fast wall charger?
A: Yes, but with latest gen USB cables.
Q: can I use these to cancel out noise instead of listen
A: Not really. I have mine on right now sitting in deer blind and can hear quite a bit.
Q: How do I connect my Jlab earphones to my iPhone?
A: Connect to Bluetooth
Q: I washed my earbuds and charger case in the washing machine can they be saved
A: Unfortunately I don't believe so, as these earbuds have an IP55 rating meaning they are protected from splashed water. Depending on the duration they were submersed they may be fine but generally true waterproofing only begins around IPX7. - Lourdes #TeamJLAB
Q: What type of cord does the charge case have? Is it a USB A?
A: It has a crazy charge cable. It is a male end cord that actually fits inside of a USB port. So a cord doesn't plug into the case, the case plugs into a USB port.
A: I use mine at work in my office... connecting works great... i can hear the caller but the caller can also hear everyrhing else around me as well... so i shut my door to avoid any background noise.

Customers consistently note the Go Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds for their sound quality, comfortable fit, and long battery life. These are great earbuds. I have used them for three months mostly while at the gym, running outdoors, cross-country skiing, and doing chores around the house. Some of the positives: 1. They are comfortable. 2. They never fall out of my ears. 3. The battery lasts way longer than my Apple airpods - the product description says "8+ hours in each earbud and 24+ extra hours from the charging case" and I've found this to be true. 4. The sound quality is decent. 5. They are affordable compared with similar options. 6. There are touch controls which require a bit of training yourself how to use, but once you get the hang of it, work fine. 7. The charging cable is built into the carrying case so it doesn't add to the clutter of a million charging cables to keep track of. 8. They come in a variety of cute colors. 9. They do a good job of noise cancellation but when you need to be aware of surroundings, you can toggle awareness mode on and that works surprisingly well. 10. Sweating all over them has not been a problem. A few downsides, but not enough for me to award less than 5 stars: 1. The earbuds don't automatically pause what you're listening to when you remove them from ears like Apple airpods do. 2. The charging cable, is quite short. 3. The earbuds don't come with the charger block, only the USB to plug into a charger block. As long as you have a way to plug a USB into an outlet, it shouldn't be a problem and is probably more environmentally friendly than producing a million more charger blocks that people already have. 4. When running into a headwind, the wind is amplified by the headphones. That said, the wind is not a problem unless running directly into it which is unpleasant anyway so why complain about less-than-ideal audio when you're already choosing to run in less-than-ideal conditions? 5. The touch controls are sensitive enough that sometimes touching the earbud to adjust it or even having hair touch it can cause it to skip to the next song or toggle awareness mode on and off.

They deliver solid volume and a stable connection in close range, though you’ll hear ambient noise (no active cancellation). Comfort is a strength- the ear‑hook design keeps them secure without being too harsh on your ears. Just keep in mind their “noise canceling” is really passive they don’t block loud environments. Love the color options. It has a Type C connection for charging. The buds support a full suite of touch actions: volume up/down, play/pause, skip tracks, EQ mode switching, voice assistant, and call control.

JLab earbuds have been my go to for years. For the price the sound quality is amazing, especially with bass boosted music like i listen to and i even use the earbuds when i play video games on my laptop. The fit is awesome in my ear. Battery life is great, i use a pair everyday at work 5 days a week for 8 hours at a time and i only charge them in the case once, maybe twice a week. But the best is the connectivity to my phone and laptop. I can take them in and out of the case and it pairs flawlessly. Pairing is easy and it stays connected to the bluetooth. I own two pairs, one for work/gym and the teal ones for my laptop so ill always have a set handy.
