JOBY griptight PRO tablet mount. Ive had it for a couple months, use daily for 8" mini tablet and 11" full-size tablet. Durable, sturdy and holds my devices securely

Needed something to mount a tablet on to record a video. Was able to go online and order this one from Best Buy and it was in the store for a pickup in an hour. This worked out fine but I should have bought a mount for the tripod to attach it with.

I love it! It works great to hold my ELGATO dock+ by giving me space in my table and giving me full control of my mic volume and other device I can connect there. I knew this was the one as I do trust and have used other Joby products. What I would suggest is that the claw can adjust further in for other devices :)

I have bought several of these mounts for my phone which is a Samsung Fold 2. They provide a very stable platform and work with any standard camera mount, or stand. For a gentlemen, my age stands are a very important thing, because my steadiness isn't that great? So I have many camers stands so I have mount for each stand.

A great addition to my tripod. Fits my phone very well.

Intended use: video martial arts techniques, demos, etc. Not unreasonably priced. Fits my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8, which measures 6-3/8" x 9-3/4" with an 11-1/2" diagonal. I was concerned it might not fit, as a camera shop said I had to measure the screen diagonally; the Best Buy website also said: Fits most models, with or without a case, with diagonals from 7" to 10". Fortunately, this was not the case: the product description on the JOBY website says "can accommodate any tablet with a width of 12.8 to 19.2cm (5-7.5”) and a depth up to 12mm (0.47”)." The adapter connects well to my standard tripod, although at the lowest height, the mount and tablet are a little close to the adjusting crank. I feel like I want the mount to clamp to my tablet a little more securely, but it seems like it will do the trick (I may pad the ground around the tripod just until I am a little more confident in how well it will hold).

Bought a cheapie tablet mount on A....n and it didn't quite secure my ipad. I moved it vertically by accident and it fell to the ground. I decided I needed something with a bit more grip. Saw this as an open box buy and it is much better quality. Holds the tablet very well and I can rotate vertically or horizontally with more confidence. Plus it is so easy to operate. Highly recommended

Just what I was looking for to video my golf swing. Excellent quality. It fit nicely on my 30yr old tri-pod. Works well with a tablet or cell phone. Many adjustments to get the best picture. Highly recommend.

Easy to use, strong grip, fits on regular mounts. Would get a 5 star if all of my cases fit inside. It does fit Lifeproof and thinner cases...my otter box outside pad needs to slip off to fit tight.

I use this mount for my 11 inch ipad air for filming podcasts and it works great! The customizable clamp makes it fit securely on my ipad. I never have to worry about if this mount is going to fail me because I know it won't. When it comes to mounts you get what you pay for and this one is a great example of that.

The JOBY GripTight PRO Tablet Mount attaches easily to the mount and is sturdy. It moves easily into portrait and landscape mode. Great Product. The ipad is securely attached.

Seems to be fairly sturdy and adjustable enough for most positions that anyone would need. Buikd wuaikty is good. Also seems to be one if the only tablet mounts available in store, which seems crazy. Think there would be more options for this in store.

I really like the build quality with all the cheaper versions available. I purchased an open box and the description was accurate as "Excellent." If you want to use this on your smart phone, it would have to be large and used vertically as the clamping system will not compress enough to do a "phone" landscape. It held my Mini Ipad easily.

I needed this in order to hold my IPad while streaming a church service using Facebook live. It easily allows the Ipad to be clamped in place to aim to subject area and then to be able to see the screen on the other side and have full access to it without obstruction. It is solid enough to get the job done, not overly large.

Great quality but did not fit my tablet unless I had a case on it. It's not spring loaded and just manual twist so that may be a problem if you forget to tighten the knob. Other than that it's good quality if imyou have the right size tablet and take care of it.

This mount holds the iPad securely and allows for multidirectional positioning. I recommend this mount for anyone looking for a stable way to hold a device such as a tablet or phone.

I bought this mount to use in conjunction with an older tripod. Amazingly, it fit perfectly. Additionally, I like the materials the mount was constructed of, it was very durable and had a good grip. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to another!

Great product, holds an iPad air perfectly still for stop motion animation, so it will work exceptionally well for other uses as well. It also mounted to my 20 year old tripod with no issues.
