  Watching Johnny Smith Mnemonic again with The Matrix and the events of 2020, it is an amazing film of the future we are now living in, in 2020, with then 1995 film NAS epidemic/ now Covid-19 pandemic, protests defund police/ then Cure for NAS protests clashes with police, and the similarities of ideas in scenes of Johnny Mnemonic/The Matrix. Johnny was a prequel to The Matrix. Watch them again to see the parallels between these films. Johnny, just Johnny is a great sci-fi coming to reality film story.

  Johnny Mnemonic is some great 90s cheese that is even more enjoyable because of how dated it has become!
