My nephew wanted a cat but his mom c said no, so I got him this and he loved it for as long as a 2 year can lol. A little pricey, disappointed in how may batteries it needs and how long they last and its pretty fragile as within a month it wasn't working anymore. Definitely not a younger kid toy.

My sister went to a nursing home, all her life she always had cats, I purchased this cat and she loved it. She got covid and had to go to the hospital and be admitted for ten days and was not allowed to take the cat with her and she was upset about that. She is getting released tomorrow and going back to the nursing home with her cat.

I got this for my Mother with Alzheimer’s. I had just moved her from her home to a memory care center and had to take her from her beloved cats. I got this cat for her, named it Ginger and she loved it. It made her feel not so alone and gave her joy daily. She felt like she had someone to care for, a purpose. It was absolutely the best money I ever spent. She passed away with Ginger by her side giving her comfort.

My Dad has dementia and is in a nursing home. This life like cat has been a true companion. He holds it all day long when he up or not at meals. It is calming to him as he pets it. He also talks to it. So sweet. Downside is that the batteries need replacing every 3 weeks. This is the second one we have purchased in case the first one wears out.

I bought this as a therapy pet for my son. He named him Maverick. Maverick has brought hours of comfort.

I can’t have a cat and it’s nice that it is an almost realistic cat that moves and makes sounds. It’s nice that you can choose different colors.

I had to put my cat down after 17 years and I was very upset. My husband bought me this to comfort me as we could no longer have pets. Although it does not replace the real thing, it does sound and move like a real cat. It replaces the emptiness I feel especially at night.

I bought it for my granddaughter who is totally obsessed with it. She is two and loves everything kitty cat. My mom who has dementia also loves it. Its very realistic and the movements are spot on.

OK purchase. Wish it was softer to touch. It is very mechanical. I like the size and the purring feature is soothing.

I purchased for my daughter because my husband has a terrible allergy. She loves it. It actually freaked out my family at first lol. I good see how this would be a great companion pet but it also works for kids who want a friend

SOOO adorable! We bought this for mom who has dementia, however, she wanted it to be real and just never warmed up to it. The only suggestion I would make is for him to have soft paws and ears, but it is completely adorable! Have to return but the assisted living facility other members LOVED him and the staff thought it was just excellent. Mom is probably a bit beyond something like this but it certainly helps with the companionship. I would suggest that you think about it as far as how ill the person may be. If it is newly onset dementia, this will be great. Afterwards, they just do not understand how to make him purr, etc. They just stare at it.

My granddaughter really wanted a cat. So this is what she got a few months ago. She doesn’t play with it much now but she keeps it close to her.

We all enjoy our cat. She is very entertaining and comforting too. Except for the occasional mechanical sound which we ignore, it is almost like having a real cat.

I was actually on the Channel 10 News last week, seeking some answers for visitation in Nursing homes. I thank God for this cat, as it’s my sister’s full-time companion in the nursing home. She absolutely loves it and sleeps with it every night.

This the 2nd kitty purchase for my mom. She has dementia, this kitty is perfect for her. She completely treats "baby" like her real kitty. It keeps her happy and content.

I returned it. The cat's meow is very loud and does not sound real. It sounds like a person doing a poor imitation of a cat. Actually, my 2 year old grandson makes a better cat sound. Also, the fur is rough, not soft. When petting it you can't help but feel the battery compartment.

Adorable electronic pet. It's hilarious but also comforting and very easy to take care of. No set up needed other than to turn it on.

If I had known about this cat sooner. I can't say enough good things. My son is ASD and has a hard time connecting. He has been so happy since he got "buttercup". Batteries actually last quite a long time. Cat is responsive. Actually forget she's not real sometimes

I watched as they help my wife's blood pressure go down and her anxiety they should be listed as medical devices orange tabby cat Mr Whiskers black and white cat tuffy gray and white kitty scruffy they are considered family in our house one more we need to add to our family the white one will name her cookie

My little girl loves cats! Unfortunately we are not ready for another animal quite yet after we lost Our family dog. But this is so cute and gives lots of comfort to her. Great quality.
