Best one in the series for sure. Smooth game play but can be redundant at times.

Judgment and Lost Judgement are a game series worth every dollar spent. These games will take you between 30-40 hours just to do the campaign. I am impressed by the level of story telling and the chances they take doing non-conventional plots that you would see in the darkest of serial killer films. Then the game will do a 180 and have you befriending a cat. The imersiveness of the game is huge and for the $25 bucks I paid on this title worth every penny. If you read my reviews you may have seen me complain on Best Buy's shipping partners and I am going to do it yet again. This game was crushed coming in the mail, in which Best Buy customer service refuesed to return it over the phone and said I had to go into store to exchange it. The store carries minimal to no games now and days so they could only return it and have me buy it online again. Poor customer service from Best Buy made getting into this amazing game quite difficult but I am still happy despite their efforts.

If you like Yakuza 1-6, then this game is right for you. A lot of the same over the top action mixed in with a great story all set in Japan. And it just looks amazing on the Series X,

If you love Yakuza, you'll love Judgment!! Judgment captures much of what makes the Yakuza games so much fun. Over the top fights and finishing moves, small, yet dense open worlds, crazy and hilarious side stories and emotionally gripping moments. Instead of the four different styles like in Yakuza O or Kiwami, there are only two styles to choose from, but they both are very different and very satisfying.

Great entry in the Yakuza series so far, even if the story hasn't yet had the over the top gravitas of some of those Yakuza titles. Fun combat and great voice acting.

This game is very similar to the Yakuza games, with some tweaks. The combat has been simplified to just two battle styles. You can now save your game anytime, not just at phone booths. You’re allowed far fewer healing items, but that may be because I’m on the hardest difficulty. The story is great, twisted fun, like all the Yakuza games. The sense of humor in the game is crazy as always, which helps to lighten some of the more dark moments. If you’re not a fan of constant melee combat, this game is not for you, because it is required to move the story forward. All in all, the game is a blast but the combat will be very challenging at highest difficulty. Get your thumbs ready.

Good game from the people who made the Yakuza series. I'm more of a fan of the turn-based RPG fighting engine from Yakuza 7 as oppose to the real time battle (which this game is) that is common on the Yakuza series. Load times and graphics on the Series X look great. Definitely recommended for anyone who's enjoyed the previous yakuza games.

Not happy with some of these developers. If you already own the original they won’t slice the price down or better give a free update for next gen owners. This game is basically a yakuza spin-off. They copy and pasted the world and everything in it, while adding different fighting abilities, items, and events. It’s still a very good game. However I bought all of yakuza games and Judgment games back to back. I wish I’d have played them at the time of release. Cause you get burned out easily. Example, I played yakuza Kawami 1 and soon as I beat it I started part 2. It all played the same, looked the same and it felt like I wasn’t playing a newer game. Why it’s good not to get so many and let some time pass like all sequels. Still when you do get into it it’s so much fun!

A great detective game. This game is spectacular. It is like Yakuza and Ace Attorney in one. Had a great time with it.
