The flashlight worked as described, but the charger didn't work at all. Limitless Innovations provided the mailing label for the return, and once they received the defective JumpSmart, they sent me a replacement. Warranty Claim process was easy. I was not totally inconvenienced because I pay for auto roadside service.

The jump start should have fully charged in max of 4 hours and it was going on over24 hours. I contacted the company Limitless Innovations and I mailed it to them and they have mailed me a replacement.

my battery died on my car and I was able to jump it in minutes. The fact that is also has a flashlight makes it even better

This is very useful. Either a car jump or phone charger or need a light when its dark it comes in handy. And its shiney pink so its easy to find in case you drop it in the dark. It's pretty heavy. but easy to carry. (You know, just in case in need of defence. ) getting one for my daughter as well.

Very Good Product I highly recommend this product for anyone that's in need of EMERGENCY SERVICE DURING THE TIME THAT THEY CAN'T WAIT TO GET A JUMP OR WAITING FOR AAA

comes in handy. I have one in all four of my vehicles. Always have power.

It arrived but would not hold a charge. I returned today and ordered another as it was again Deal of the Day. It Was very compact and practical. Updated review pending.
