Only reason I chose this radio instead of the brand I used in my other BMW was the wireless carPlay feature and the association with Best Buy. I had never heard of the brand but took the chance. There was items missing, and after removing BMW unit and modifying the dash it did not work reliably and in fact caused fault codes posted to my dash. Support has agreed to a refund after I return the radio with me paying for shipping they say will return to me along with price of the radio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
