The device was very easy to install, I wish I had some install instructions included with the package. It came with most of the needed tools. I primarily use AppleCarplay on the device, and it’s mostly seamless sometimes takes a while to connect, but not a big deal to me. I enjoy that I can still use steering wheel controls after an easy setup. This has connections for a backup camera, but it does not have one included. It works well for my needs and I am happy with the price point. I have been using this for about 2 weeks, I will update this if I end up having issues down the road. I needed to contact customer support for an issue with shipping (nothing they did wrong) and they were quick to reply and help the best they could.

For the price it’s a 5 start. It was just an upgrade for my business car. I do 4000 miles a month. Mostly wanted it for car play GPS. It’s just an old tablet made to fit your dash. You can download apps and watch live TV on it if you want.. but if what you’re looking for his hands-free abilities the microphone absolutely sucks. The people can’t really hear what you’re saying. Sounds like you’re in a fish bowl. But you get what you pay for. It does the job I wanted it to. And it fit in my 09 Camry like it’s factory

It was easy to install but having major issues as far as connecting, the sound sucks, even the fm radio antenna sucks, also says comes with a remote and doesn't, it's just stuck on the wifi page telling me to connect to my phone but my phone says its connected.
