Customer Ratings & Reviews

Lives up to the hype. Quiet, Fast, Easy and Delicious. I was a little hesitant to splurge on a Jura machine but I definitely don’t have any buyers remorse. Bye bye Starbucks!

The addage, you get what pay for rings true with Jura. If you want to truly enjoy multiple coffee drinks, this is your machine. The coffee drinks are customizable, wonderful will satisfy the most discerning palate.

It’s an incredible machine! It’s a lot of money, but it’s worth it. It makes great coffee and it’s very high-quality. My only regret is wondering if I should’ve spent the extra to get the E8. Either way I’m very happy with it.

Delicious coffee/espresso. Very simple machine. One thing that would make this easier to use would be to backlight the actual buttons to the left and right of the color screen, which would make operation even easier. That said, it's a very simple machine to run, and it makes fantastic beverages. And we LOVE the clean, sleek white color. I'd give it five stars if the buttons were backlit.

It’s amazing!!! I can make my cappuccino with my almond milk and still have the same foam as a regular milk. But I think for the price that it could be made with better materials.

We are thrilled with our purchase of the JURA. Best coffee ever, even our friends agree.

Love my jura, you really get what you pay for. I did get $400 off with my total tech too. They never seem to go on sale so I was really stoked to get a discount on it. Started making my white mochas at home and pretty much stopped going to Starbucks, super easy to use and makes a great espresso

Perfect coffee machine, the coffee comes out very creamy and smooth! Highly recommend.

AI absolutely love my Jura E6 coffee machine! The Swiss-engineered quality shines through with every cup, from rich espressos to frothy cappuccinos. The TFT color display is user-friendly, although customizing advanced settings took a bit of time to figure out. Also, factor for an additional small spend for milk frother accessories. Maintenance is mostly automated but be prepared to invest in Jura's specialized cleaning products. It's a bit of a splurge, but if you're a coffee aficionado like me, it's well worth the investment. A solid 5/5 for bringing café-level coffee right into my kitchen. Comparing it with my previous espresso machine (which was also not a cheap machine), the extraction is much better giving me a thicker espresso every time (for my Ruta Maya coffee beans), much quieter, and easy to clean. Having had this machine for less than a month, I haven't come across any issue with regards to maintenance. However, the brewing unit is not accessible - so not sure how to get it cleaned.

This machine is like having your personal barista. It can do it all, a little pricey and the instructions aren't the best and it takes a while to set up correctly, but once you get it going it is beautiful.

It’s a wonderful machine, the quality of the foam is top notch, after having the machine for 30 days I can say with confidence I have nothing negative to say about the machine apart from wishing there was some feedback on the grind settings and wishing that it made more milk drinks. I believe upgrading to the e8 would be the solution to both issues. The white is gorgeous

This is absolutely the BEST coffee machine I have ever owned!! I LOVE it!! Super easy to use and I love the fact that it cleans itself after every use

Initially, I thought my drip coffee maker was enough. So when my wife told me that she wanted this Jura E6, I was hesitant, mostly because of the price. Now that we've been using it for almost a month, I can definitely say that my daily coffee experiences have improved tenfold. The drinks that are produced are quite nice, and I appreciate the fact that one can adjust both the strength or weakness of the brew as well as the volume of coffee that comes out of the machine. My only first world problem related to this machine is that there is no sensor or reminder to empty out the liquid in the tray, but I imagine that one can use the "empty coffee grounds" alerts to do that as well.

The Jura ENA 6 is a testament to quality and innovation in coffee brewing. If you appreciate a perfect cup of coffee without compromising on convenience, this machine is worth every penny. Indulge in the luxury of cafe-quality beverages at the touch of a button with the Jura ENA 6.

I like a very strong black coffee and this machine can deliver it consistently!!

It's a fantastic machine-- the creme on the coffee is amazing! The Jura is easy to use, the coffee tastes great, and it looks awesome on your counter. Finally, it is easy to maintain--

Excellent machine. Works flawlessly and is easy to use. Use it several times a day and it makes great coffee. Customizing drinks the way you prefer is very easy

Love this thing. With Starbucks a 8-10 per coffee this thing pays for itself in no time. Awesome coffee. Easy clean up. Excellent product.

East, West Jura’s the Best! They make the best self cleaning machines that brew all sorts of espressos and coffees better than your local Starbucks.

Pretty epic, coffee is great and easy to clean and use.
