Customer Ratings & Reviews

The Jura E8 has totally transformed my mornings. It’s like bringing a professional barista into my home—effortless, consistent, and ridiculously capable. From the moment you turn it on, you feel the tech working for you, not against you. The machine handles the grind, the extraction, and the milk with a level of precision you can really taste. Crema is unreal. Each cup has a velvety, café-quality crema that you can actually see and savor. It’s not just a texture; it’s the aroma, the mouthfeel, the sign of a well-made espresso. And if you’re craving something lighter, the milk-frothing is equally impressive, delivering microfoam that’s perfect for a flat white, latte, or cappuccino. I didn’t even know a flat white could taste this good at home—yet there it was, the crema, the balance, the smooth, full-bodied espresso under a creamy foam top. Wow. The variety is the real kicker. The Jura E8 makes it feel like you have a full coffee bar at your fingertips. Espresso, lungo, ristretto, cappuccino, latte macchiato, flat white—the machine automates the work but never sacrifices flavor. And when you want to experiment, it’s all there: adjustable strength, grind size, water temperature, milk texture. It’s a playground for coffee lovers who want control without the chaos. Yes, the price is a bit steep at first glance, but you quickly see why. You’re paying for the technology that consistently delivers café-level beverages with minimal effort. The maintenance isn’t a chore—cleaning cycles, automatic rinses, and a robust build that feels like it’ll last. Over time, the cost per cup drops as you replace trips to the café with a machine that can replicate your favorites, exactly the way you like them, every single morning. I’ll admit I hesitated. I weighed the cost, wondered if I’d actually use all the features, worried about the maintenance. Now I can’t imagine starting the day any other way. The Jura E8 has become the centerpiece of my kitchen ritual: a quick, delicious, barista-grade coffee that takes less time than ordering out—and tastes miles better. The moment you realize you can pull a flawless flat white at home with the push of a button, you’ll understand why I’m telling you to buy one now. If you’re on the fence, consider this: every morning you skip the café line and the variability of someone else’s coffee, you’re saving money and elevating your experience. The Jura E8 isn’t just a machine; it’s your personal coffee lab, your reliable barista, and your ticket to consistently remarkable coffee, right at home. Bottom line: you deserve the comfort, precision, and sheer joy of café-quality coffee at home. The Jura E8 makes it effortless, gives you remarkable variety, and the crema alone is worth it. Don’t wait—get one, and taste the difference today.

Had this beast for a few months. Despite the high price the espresso is perfect every time. Machine requires a decent amount of maintenance to clean milk and coffee system, but this is not difficult. If you want the best automated coffee machine go with Jura!

This coffee maker is great. Once you get the hang of setting it up, it works like a breeze. The coffee is fantastic.

Good machine, good coffee, easy to operate! Lots of cleaning

Superior machine! Top notch fully automatic option.

It consumes too much time to do the milk ones. I presume any would have to be cleaned though. I am tired and lazy so only make coffee w/milk. I had an earlier model for 20 years ( just made plain coffee) I’m hoping this one will take me to the end.

The beat coffee machine for the price. Works flawlessly, great product!

This is our newest Jura and they keep improving. A bit expense but performs well for years.
