This is an amazing coffee/espresso machine. It makes the perfect cup every time. Of course it allowed me to adjust the amount of water to what is my perfect cup! While a larger water reservoir may be nice, I don't mind keeping the water fresh. I like the ability to use ground coffee if I want to, but whole bean is the best. Occasionally the beans manage to stop flowing, but a simple nudge frees them. The espresso in a demitasse cup is perfect. Oh yes, the engineering is perfect, no drips when filling the water and the regular cleaning of the tray for used grounds and rinse water is simple and easy. Nice!

We have tried various types of coffee and espresso machine but so far this machine is the easiest and most convenient machine we have used. Just add coffee bean and water and empty out the tray every 8-10 uses.
