The USB QC3.0 port uses Qualcomm QuickCharge™ technology which allows for the charging of battery powered devices, primarily mobile phones, at levels above and beyond the typical 5 volts and 2 amps for which most USB standards allow. This means you can charge the device connected on the QC3.0 port faster than the other ports. This power hub is a plug-and-play device and doesn't need instructions. A: No, this is just a USB Charger, not a USB Hub. The name is slightly misleading.

A: Yes its can be used in power range from 100 V -240 V. Depending on which country you visit you might need an adapter for there outlet.
