Q: Do they come fully charged?
A: I don't think anything comes fully charged, so charge them and get on with your life.
Q: Do the headphones transmit EMF radiation? If so, what is the level?
A: I apologize but to answer your question it would be best to ask JVC. We don't have detail information but if there is any type of radiation then JVC would answer that question.
Q: are they goodnfor watching tv
A: Definitely yes. Sound quality is very good.
Q: Is the light red when it is charging? Does the light go out or change color when fully charged?
A: Red light shows when it is charging and some headphones will turn blue when its done.
Q: How long does it hold a charge?
A: Exactly as described. I get right around 6.5 hours out of them.
