Q: Doesn’t JVC have a more accurate answer when their product will be available in stores?

A: This model is already available for sale its on a first come first service order. A hand full of them were already released to the first customers who placed their orders in October. Its best to call your local Magnolias in Best Buy, place your order so that your next in line for the next batch that will be released. The projector might not be a stock item in store as it a limited item and is being distributed to customers as we receive them.

Q: Hi Chris..I like Your videos on Youtube as You explain everything..I was going to buy the Sony xw 6000 unit as an upgrade to my Optoma uhd 65..However I think i will wait for Your review of these new Jvc lasers..How do they perform? Thanks

A: Can you specify your question? The laser projectors overall are top of the line projectors. If you have a specific question please contact JVC's Customer Service line direct. They can answer your questions over the phone.

Q: I placed my order in mid-late November of last year. Any word on the hold up? Does it take 6 months to build? Is it logistical delays?

A: Due to the chip shortage this is the reason on all product delays. JVC is currently starting to ship out projectors that were ordered in November/December. They are being shipped in small bulks. We apologize about this.

Q: Why is this not available for purchase?

A: This item is on a pre order list. This is not an in stock item. JVC is not releasing these at a mass production level. If wanting to purchase one you need to pre order it.

Q: When will they be available?

A: It was mentioned that the new projectors are expected to be released end of November.

Q: When will these be available?

A: To check on availability please call your local Best Buy store. They will let you know if possibly preorders are being done.

Q: How many Laser Lights are there? one, two, or three.

A: To answer your question please contact JVC's customer service line or email them to check into this for you.

Q: Trying to determine what length pole to get for my ceiling mount for a JVC DLA-NZ7R that is on the way. How many inches above/below the top of the screen should the projector be?

A: This question is more for the installer. A professional installer will calculate your throw distance and let you know what's the best recommended position. Please consult with your installer on this.
