Q: do i need a subscription plan
A: You could use your Indoor + Outdoor Cam (or numerous devices) with a Basic Plan, which is free. However, by doing this, you will not be unlocking all of the features of the Indoor + Outdoor Cam and won't receive any theft or damage reimbursement (Cam Protect comes with $250 per camera and Complete Protect comes with $1000 per camera). Some of those premium features are access to full length videos, Two-Way Audio, Person Detection, Zone Detection, and Sound Detection.
A: Hi! No, it doesn't require a certain micro SD card / brand. We are still in the midst of developing the playback and time lapse feature on the SD card to assure better functioning, but rest assured that it will be available soon!
A: Hi! The camera has a field view of 130 degrees (resolution: 1920 x 1080 (1080p), with adjustable motion sensitivity (low-medium-high). You'll also be able to put motion detection zones. With the right mounting angle, this will definitely work for you. Stay safe!

A: Once downloaded from the cloud , you can download the video to the device you have the Kangaroo app on.
Q: Why can’t I connect this camera to my 5G internet? it says 2.5 or less.
A: To save money they neglected to install a 5ghz capable radio in the cameras. Also the reason why it takes so long to connect to them. 15 year old tech is never fun or preferred
