I wanted to step back into a true stereo listening experience and started with the Q11 Metas. They provide fullness and fill my 590 SF irregular shaped listening area. I wanted a speaker that did not cause listening fatigue and created a good sound stage. Success! I started looking at bookshelf speakers on stands but stands are expensive. I prefer the look of floor speakers, and would rather put my money into the speakers rather than the stands. I am happy with this choice. I have added an SVS SB-3000 Revolution, not because the Q11s lack bass but just to fill my large room. Bass integration has worked great. Best Buy was excellent on customer service. After purchasing them Open Box Excellent and being disappointed with what I received, the local store manager made things right. I have rewarded them with several additional purchases.

Love those speakers. Great for both music and movies. Warm sound with a punchy clean base. You can listen at high DB without any headach or ear ache. Had exceptional customer service at the Home Audio section team especially from Austin.

These are simply outstanding speakers. The walnut and speaker covers give it a touch of class. The audio technology is warm and inviting unlike some speakers which are either too bassy or too tinny. These really are a sweet spot.

Fantastic image and soundstage. I run a 2.2 set up with the Q11s and 2 Martin logan Dynamo 10’ subs. Its almost tough to get them broke in before the return period is up for most retailers. I personally was convinced the first listen. But due to an occasional hectic schedule, Im just reaping the benefits of break in, almost two months after buying. The warmth growth in the last week has had me running my calibration again to recompensate for the break in. Fantastic speaker that impresses above its pay grade and then some.

Over the years, I’ve owned a lot of high end speakers from Vandersteen & Von Schweikert, to my current Golden Ear Triton Ones & more… I am very impressed w the fit, finish & sound of the KEF Q11 Metas. Their price to performance ratio is very high and stingily recommended!

Very clean audio, vocals sound a bit recessed, sound is on warm side.

Great deal on these speakers as an open box. Would reccomend anyone wanting warm, accurate great sounding speakers.

A great performance by KEF. Even though many would argue you don’t need a subwoofer with these speakers, I still paired them with a KEF KC 62. The result sounds like something at least double the price I paid.

They punch WAAAAAYYYYY above their weight class. Recommend!
