I've had this for over 2years now and it is amazing. Easy to use and program. The sound is incredible! 5 Stars Transaction. I had it installed by Best Buy for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

This is very simple to use. Very fast commands. Geek squad did an excellent job.

Radio worked great and added rear camera but couldn’t get voice prompt on GPS. Took to different location and the tech fixed it in 2 hours. He just had more experience. Overall I love the product and Best Buy is still my first choice for shopping

The radio does everything it even checked my Diagnostics on my car.

The radio is very nice looking compared to the OM unit. The touch screen works very well and menu is easy to work through. The unit has lots of options to it, and I have not been through all of them available yet so I can only review some of the features. The sound quality is very good and the equalizer quickly adjusts the sound to your liking. All settings of the equalized can be set fast with the swipe of your finger, so you can play around with it quickly to find your best settings. The hands free phone function seems to work well once you figure out you have to immediately hit the volume when a call comes in or you won't hear the caller. It doesn't seem to automaticly adjust the volume, or I have not found the correct setting for that function yet. As for the GPS, it seems to be accurate so far. It fades the music to give verbal directions, although I have yet to hear the directions given. I also have not found the setting to mute the verbal directions so it doesn't fade the music when coming up to your next turn. I also have not had it give me any traffic delays yet and I was under the impression it had traffic function on it. The estimated time of arrival seems to be within a minute of accurate. The mph reading, at least on my truck, shows it to be 2 mph slower than accurate. I know my speedometer is right on accurate and the gps is 2 mph slower. I don't have a back up camera hooked to it so I can't comment on how well that function works. All in all, I am happy with it, sound, looks, functions, and price. The things I've commented on could just be lack of finding the right menu screen to adjust them. I've only had the radio installed for a short time and don't drive the truck daily, but did make one short 140 mile round trip with it and played with it most of the way.

Good sound.Nice detail on GPS. User friendly. Not able to play video from my iphone but I really never use that function. Siri is easy to use for music selection and finding and getting directions. I got it on sale for $550. $700 installed. I like it so far.

Biggest selling point was the Apple car play. It runs very smooth and has a lot of options to enhance the sound. Pros: smooth, navigation with garmin, apple car play Cons: as previously mentioned the sun glare blinds the whole screen. I also don’t see a place for an aux cord.

This radio is awesome. Easy to use and the apple play works great. Installed wonderfully and great service.

Purchased for my vehicle for the built in sat nav capability and Apple Car Play. I had it installed buy the Best Buy crew, they got everything setup for me and got it working brilliantly. I will however say that I was quite disappointed with the fact of despite the purchase being in August of 2018, it's Garmin Basemap on the unit was a 2017 base map and would cost me an additional $80 to Garmin to update to the current map. Considering the price I payed for the unit to have sat nav built in (which for the deck's capability wasn't over priced at the store, but by far wasn't the least expensive option), it seemed that it should come with updates for the maps. I find it disappointing that a $100 Garmin GPS unit comes with free lifetime updates, yet this unit that was considerably more doesn't. So if you are looking for a Sat Nav built in unit beware you may be paying additional for map updates. That being said, performance wise I haven't had any issues with the deck operational wise, it has been a reliable deck. I haven't had any notable issues with it and even the DVD portion works well.

It was a timely install but nothing difficult. I've been using it for 7 months now. Haven't had one issue, not one. I love the features, GPS, OBD2 monitoring, video quality. Easy connectivity with the maestro interface. Touch screen is responsive, no hesitation and changing sources on the unit. Sound quality is much better than stock.

This is a great upgrade to over the factory installed radio that came with my Ram 1500. I love the GPS and the back-up camara.

I gave a detailed review noting the strengths and weakness of this product so that it would be a *useful* and meaningful review for those seriously considing buying this BestBuy installed Kenwood DNX574S for their 2004 Cadillac escalade. I did not recommend the product because not only was it bogged down with an annoying flash screen and too many "features" that were irrelevant, including a $129 wiring harness, intended for 2009 and newer GM products that the fader would not work, the 6 CD changer was disabled, the steering wheel controls did not work all that well. I was billed +-$1100 for the Kenwood unit and the geek squat installation. I am disappointed in both the Kenwood DNX574S/Garmin GPS & the clunky wiring harness. Maybe people with 2002 to 2006 GM Bose systems + 6 CD changer want to know about it so they can select products that will work better in their vehicle or accept this package. I took it back and was told that the harness would not work 100% in all the vehicles nor was it possible to hook the 6 CD changer up, BestBuy chose for the install. Why was this not mentioned when the salesman was so enthusiastically racking up a greater than $1,000 purchase and installation bill? The Kenwood is indeed a good sounding unit, but it without a fader & 6 CD Changer, is -not- as good as the Bose system it replaced. Why, during the sales pitch & invoicing was I not informed of the shortcomings of this system as a replacement for my GM Bose? If I would of known, I'd of saved myself $1100 and continued to stream music, calls, from my smartphone through the Jabra Freeway to the superior (for me) GM factory Bose unit. Even though the Garmin GPS is quite good, the Microsoft map based GPS system in my 5.7" smartphone and Google maps/GPS in my G+ Android are a bit better GPS with live traffic updates through my cellphone and FREE live updates. Now this is just one person's opinion, I mean it only to be CONSTRUCTIVE. I wish someone with a similiar generation Bose system would have written a forthright review that goes into more detail than "Great" 5Stars. "Wonderful" 4stars, "Works with my iPhone YEE HAW!!" etc etc. which were irrelevant to my vehicle and smartphone(s). I do hope the sales force with BestBuy are given this review to think about.

I really like the backup camera.And I enjoy using the blue tooth for my phone as it gives me hands free talking. I am still working on the radio features. The sound is great!

I was looking to update my stereo in my 2001 jeep. I looked at many different options. Some were plug and play ready however the reviews in forums there were always issues with the various stereos. So I decided to go main stream and modify my jeep to accept the stereo. The stereo has more features than what I was looking for or more like I didn't know it could do that. What really sold me was the four year warranty from Best Buy. That and al the positive reviews from various websites. Now my old jeep has an infotainment system like most newer cars. I really like the front camera option for off-roading or pulling someone out of the snow.

This radio has all the bells and whistles I️ wanted and the GPS is upgradeable without a fee through Garmin.

I used this model to replace the factory installed unit in my Subaru Forester. It has been a great replacement/ upgrade that had expanded what I can do while driving as far as communication, navigation and entertainment. The voice control works great, navigation is fast (compared to my previous gps anyway) and the bevy of entertainment sources are very satisfying. I also use Android Auto and I am really satisfied with that; it has become my standard for use with the system. I am only taking a star off because the voice to text feature double posts texts (weird, maybe just a bug or setting I need to find) and the DVD player only works when the parking brake is engaged, which defeats the point of allowing my passengers to watch a movie while we're driving. The only other gripe I have is the external microphone that had to be installed as well; forgivable given the clear audio and voice control accuracy. *I don't use a back up camera with this unit so I can't attest to its functionality nor have I tried using Apple Play either.

This car cd/dvd car navigation radio has satisfied my needs. Blue tooth synced with my phone very easy. All functions are easy to navigate through. Looks like factory install. I can highly recommend this item. Very satisfied.
