Great product just annoying voice

The plate works really well, the different preprogram options for levels works great. Only downfall is the voice when powering on is very annoying and theres no way to disable that.

I bought this for my daughter. She has been using it everyday started with 10 minutes has worked up to 20 3x daily. She loves it.

WORST PRODUCT EVER and Best Buy CS didn't back it

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT it is complete garbage and they won't back their own product and Best Buy throws you to the wolves and won't help either. Please save yourself the misery of the headaches i went through. After 25 years and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent at best buy its over for me
