Best coffee maker! Wish I would have ordered 2!!! I bought this coffee maker for a coffee bar I was setting up at work in my office! It has become the “water cooler” of our office. Love the fact that you can make single pods or a pot. Some of the reviews I read complained of the pot dripping when pouring coffee from the carafe. They must have fixed the design because we have none of those problems. LOVE LOVE LOVE this Keurig! The coffee brews up rich and flavorful!

Got this machine so that we didn't have my big BUNN single cup and my spouse's carafe maker hogging up all our counter space. We have little counter space, and our cupboard's bottoms come down quite far and this machine fits in there perfectly. Yes, we have to slide it out to refill the water or put the k-cup/grounds into filter, but it fits under the cupboards when none of the others did. This machine sits 12.75 inches tall, our counter to bottom of cupboards is 13.5 inches, but we have a pull down connected under them that reduces it further to 13.25 inches. Cutting it close, but works! It is also quieter than either of our individual machines were, and there are no leaks. The carafe doesn't drip along when pouring like a lot of carafes out there do, so no clean up needed after spouse unless cup is knocked over (WINNING!) The only thing I wish it had come with automatically was the reusable coffee ground filter for the carafe side and the water filter setup for in the water reservoir. Other than that, it has been an awesome machine and we use several times every day (BIG coffee drinkers here!)

This maker is amazing! The only down side is you have to turn it in, wait for it to warm up each and every time you use it. It takes a little longer than I’d like, but overall it was a great buy for my household! One other thing and it’s and OCD thing, I definitely think they should have the measurements on the other side of the coffee pot because in order to see how many cups of coffee brewed, the handle has to go under the other side of the coffee machine. I took two photos to give the example...

This is a great little combo coffee maker where you can make individual cups or a full carafe when you have more than one person, family or just friends over. It also keeps the coffee pot warm while using. It has been working really well and it’s easy to use. When you turn it on, you can select a carafe with option of how many cups or just a single cup serving and how many ounces you.

I hated to see my coffee maker and my wife's Keurig on the counter together. I told myself, I wasn't going to budge on my coffee maker and she stood her ground as well. Finally I found the Keurig K-Duo! It saved our marriage! The unit works FANTASTIC, Looks sleek and is easy to use. Can't be better than a relationship saving coffee maker. Now, we must overcome who was first at the counter to make their coffee!

It is easy to brew a whole pot of coffee in the morning and then do a single cup later in the day. The Keurig K-Duo Essentials Coffee Maker is easy to use. It holds a lot of water in its removable 60 oz reservoir, and you don’t have to wait until it heats up to select a brew size for your K-Cups.

I used to have the slim single cup, but it wasn't enough coffee, we decided to switch to this combo maker, best decision ever (if you're a coffee drinker) great quality compared to other brands and affordable price, you have to pay a little more for better results!

Yes! I saw this in-store and wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase a new coffee maker or not. I was looking at the box and trying to figure out the features to see if it would suit my needs. My family doesn’t really go for fancy coffee types like cappuccino or lattes or anything like that on a normal basis and the box likes to promote all the different ways to make coffee, so I wasn’t sold just by looking at the box. I looked online and tried to find as much information as I could about it before buying one to replace my current single-serve coffee maker that uses plastic pods. I have been wanting to replace the pod-based system for a while because of overall cost and plastic waste that is completely unnecessary. I decided to give this coffee maker a shot and worst case scenario, I still have my old brewer and I could try to return this one. Well, it arrived and it’s even better than I expected. Something I couldn’t find anywhere online Best Buy was that it actually comes with a reusable coffee filter, so you don’t need to worry about buying paper filters (like I did). If you’d rather use paper, you can. They’re Cone No. 4 filters if you prefer to go that route. It also has a removable coffee scoop that tells you how many scoops of coffee you’ll want to use for each size of coffee cup. The only thing I didn’t like at first is that it doesn’t tell you how much coffee each setting makes. “Mug”, “XL Mug”, “Travel Mug”, “XL Travel Mug”, “Half Carafe”, “Full Carafe”. Aside from the Carafe (which comes with it) the other sizes seemed very vague and not intuitive. I have found that since using it, it’s a very simple adjustment to make going from pressing a button that had ounce measurements to just picking the right coffee cup picture. The coffee that it brews tastes amazing and it’s just as convenient to me as my old singe-serve pod brewer was. I will be recommending this product to everybody that I know that is sick of their pod brewer!

Had to get a new Keurig as my old one broke. I purchased this Keurig Duo, not only is my coffee coming out hot but I could also have the combo to either use a single serve or use the coffee pot for guests instead of relying on a single serve as the other Keurigs. I highly recommend this Keurig for everyday use. Also recommend getting the total tech membership for protection on any products like this.

We purchased the Keurig Duo to replace our big and updated commercial coffee maker and it has been a great addition to our break room! Everyone enjoys the variety of K-Cups available and when we have a conference, we can make 12 cups and keep it fresh!

Its great for when you need a quick cup with the pods and when to have a 12 cup pot when your not in a hurry and like to mix your ground types. My dad likes to mix what grounds he uses and i use the pods when I'm heading to work. Its easy to put water in. The tank is removable so you can fill it at the sink. You do still need to use filters on the pot side.

I bought this as a gift for my husband because he LOVES his coffee and drinks it everyday. We had a regular Keurig that he used but he wanted on his days off to be able to make a pot of coffee. We have a very small kitchen so being able to buy a coffee pot that does both the k cups and a pot of coffee was the perfect unit for us. I saw other brands and a cheaper version of this exact unit by Keurig but I’m happy I got this one. The digital display shows the time and you have the ability to make a cup or pot stronger which is great for some weaker coffees. Also this has one large water tank that feeds the individual cup side as well as the 12 cup pot side so you don’t have to refill the individual side after every cup like some other units I looked it. I saw it go on sale a few times so that made it the same price as some others units with less features so it is well worth the price! My husband loves this new coffee maker and expressed multiple times how much he has enjoyed it!

Been using Keurig's for some time now and they never disappoint but for this 12-cup pot. Don't get me wrong it does its job, but the pot was poorly designed. The pouring spout of this pot is a spiller. No matter how fast nor slow you pour it makes a mess. Am thinking of using an older pot and cutting out the drip pause when pouring an early cup sense, I never use this function anyways. Other than that, I like making a few mods to these pots and if you don't you can always buy aftermarket product to add on but beware it may void your warranty.

Works well. Brews quickly and it is nice to have the ability to make a pot and a single serve while the pot is still being heated, as my husband likes half caff and I went a bit more pick me up. Only change I would like is a cone shape filter instead of the basket shape as it brews coffee a bit stronger with less product.

Absolutely love the ability to either have a quick cup on my way out the door to work, or relax and share a pot with the wife on the weekend. Hitting the strong button really does add that extra zing, and cleaning and refilling are easy.

I like it but don’t just love love LOVE it. It’s easy to set up , easy to use , and convenient for having the dual brew option however I’m not giving it a 5 because of its size. It is more bulky then I had hoped it would be for the space I have for it. I would love it if it were more streamlined.
