We decided to replace our older machine but hated to because we liked it so much. It was just getting to the point it needed to go. When we bought the supreme plus we absolutely loved it from the first time we used it. Much easier to fill the tank, easier to use for individual users, and just a great cup of coffee every time. Our only complaint with this machine is we had to buy a new holder for freshly ground coffee. The old ones we owned did not transfer forward. But that’s OK. We use the K cups 90% of the time but every now and then some freshly ground coffee hits the spot. Highly recommend this machine. It’s just a quality coffee maker it looks great.

The Keurig K-Supreme Plas Stainless was purchased to replace our Cuisinart SS-700, which had a stainless design and worked great for over 10 years! I tried out the new Cuisinart SS-10P1 first, but it was super noisy, slow, and cheaply made! The Keurig is quiet, ready to run without heating up, looks good, and surprisingly the Multistream Technology actually makes a difference! The only downside is I could not fit my 32oz travel mug under it like I could with the SS-700. To make this work, we purchased a 30oz (holds 32oz) Milk Frothing Picture which fits and looks great with this brewer. See Pic. Highly recommend this unit.

Love it! Definitely more space saving than previous models. Make a perfect cup of coffee and has three specific settings for heat and strength. No issues so far… just so glad I purchased this model.

Love Keurig makers. This is my second one. However something happened to it just two weeks out of the box, it stopped brewing and no water would flow. We didn’t buy the extended Best Buy warranty and they wouldn’t take it back after 14 days. But never fear! Keurig honored thier warranty! We had a new unit in 8 days.

This was a replacement for a Keurig that had lived a good life, but was no longer dependable. I love the design of this model. It looks great on our 'coffee bar' in the kitchen.

My old Keurig was starting to act up (11 years old) so saw this and upgraded. What a difference. Same coffee taste better, no longer have to wait for machine to warm up and a stylish design. Very happy with my purchase

I’ve owned several Keurig brand coffee makers. And this K-Supreme Plus is by far, the best one yet. Keurig just keeps on improving upon their design with every model they release. No exaggeration. The K-Supreme Plus’ slim profile doesn’t take up much space on the counter. In addition, the unit has a stylish, modern look that should blend with most kitchen decor. The removable water compartment is made of thick plastic and has a nice sturdy handle, which is a definite improvement compared to previous models. And it holds a lot of water too (in its 78oz reservoir), meaning at least for my needs, I don’t have to refill it quite as often. It also seems that I don’t ‘have to’ use as much creamer. Most likely because the way this Keurig pierces the K-Cup at five points (a new feature they term as “MultiStream Technology”), more of the coffee grounds get saturated, enabling more of the actual coffee flavor to come through, so less creamer is sufficient; again, at least for me. Another new feature is that you are able to set personal coffee brew profiles for three people. So after customizing your preferences, the next time you go to brew a cup, you just push the corresponding ‘number button’ and your favorite settings are ready to go. How cool, and convenient, is that?! I’ve been having loads of fun experimenting with the three temperature and three strength settings, trying different ones in various combinations. ‘Fine tuning’ my coffee experience, so to speak. Having these customizable options, along with five choices for cup brewing sizes, are a huge ‘Pro’ in my opinion, and a terrific selling point for this particular Keurig model. Oh, and the non-plastic container K-Cups (eco-pods) work just fine in this model brewer, as they have with my other Keurigs. So that’s good. Plus, it’s quieter. Yes! Bottom line, without question, I can wholeheartedly recommend this Keurig K-Supreme Plus. The new features are a definite upgrade, and it really is a great coffee maker.

Having used some of the older machines in another house, the K-Supreme improves in several ways: More compact and pleasing design. • First models with ‘Multi-Stream’, which instead of punching a single hole in the center of the coffee capsule, it also makes four additional holes, so hot water is distributed more evenly when brewing. This is the single most innovative feature in this generation of Keurig machines. • Simplified mechanisms: When opening the capsule holder, the part where the capsule goes doesn’t move (and can be easily removed for cleaning or to use a permanent filter. When closing the lid, there is a piece that clamps down the capsule and it then punches the holes. • It no longer has to pre-heat: It can start pouring hot water right away. Doesn’t even have to be turn on first: By lifting the capsule holder, it turns itself on, and it will turn itself off about 5 minutes after it’s done working. • It comes with a large, removable water reservoir, made of acrylic and holds 78 oz of water. The optional water filter that comes with this snaps inside the water tank. I can pour the water directly from the fridge into the water tank without having to use a carafe, so I can use the purifier on it. I noticed that when the reservoir is low, before it’s completely empty, the machine’s display shows a reminder to add more water. This is nice because it does this before it’s actually completely dry, saving me from wasting a coffee capsule. • This being the ‘Plus’ model has three water temperature settings, three brew strength settings, and 5 cup sizes: 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz and 12 oz. • Also has three user memory settings, so it can start by pressing a single button with pre-set cup size, brew strength and temperature. • All the settings and notifications are shown on a very small display on top of the unit. It does what it needs without being unnecessarily complicated, which I like. • It does away with the of-maligned barcode reader from the ‘2.0’ machines: It works with any capsule, or no capsule at all (pouring hot water). Note that to use a reusable filter (not included), currently the only option is to but the new generation Keurig filter, which has the five pre-cut holes this machine needs. Other reusable filters with a single hole will not work here. Recyclable cups: To my surprise, all new K-Kups are now labeled as recyclable. To be honest, this seems like a gimmick: Peeling the aluminum foil is a pain. The coffee will spill and a paper coffee filter is fused to the top rim of the cup. So I did it a few times, over a trash can, and then the cup has to be rinsed. Because the coffee is wrapper in a paper filter, I’m not even sure we actually need the plastic cup. There must be a better way to do this. The industrial design is nice and contemporary. All the sides are wrapped in stainless steel, with the top being all black. It’s very compact except for the water tank that oddly Is at the left side and cannot be moved to the back like in the smaller model. Overall, I'm happy with the coffee maker. Much improved model

Many homes are now outfitted with a Keurig coffee maker, as over the last few years they’ve made themselves into a household name in terms of offering convenience with their K-cup system. Most of their machines work in the same way… they hold water, you put in a K-cup of coffee (or tea, or even soup, now), and when you close the lid, a needle pierces the cup and sprays hot water into it, where it then drips into a cup or mug below. I’ve used these for years and while they are convenient, there were (I thought) a few ways they could be improved. The new Keurig K Supreme Plus, seems to have addressed most of these. First is the machine’s appearance – its’ no longer a large, bulky machine here, and has been slimmed down considerably, with a stainless steel wrapping around much of the body. It’s slightly deeper than older models, but not as wide, and more modern/sleek looking. Near the front and mid-section it’s only just more than 8 inches wide, being a bit wider at the back to accommodate the tall and sleek water tank which now holds 78 ounces of water. It’s just over 13 inches deep, and with the lid raised to put a K-cup in, you will need just under 15 inches in height to fit the machine. Controls are on top with only a very tiny screen to show you the strength and temperature settings. Overall I think it’s a much more attractive design than previous models I’ve used. The next change is the new “Multistream Technology” as Keurig calls it. In the past, the needle that pierces the K-cups and sprays hot water into them had limited holes to do this. As a result, water went in the same way, and the coffee/tea came out at a standard strength, with perhaps some of the grounds in the cup not getting fully saturated (I took them apart to inspect after use, etc). If you wanted a stronger brew, on the cheaper machines, you could only choose fewer ounces of water to achieve this. On more expensive models, a “strength” setting was added that slowed down the water spray and helped to increase brew strength, but in my opinion, not by much. The new multistream tech on the K Supreme Plus uses as many as 5 holes in the needle now, spraying into the K-cups much more thoroughly. You can now choose 3 levels of strength, and between the added holes/saturation and faster or slower brew time, you have MUCH better output of strength in the brews. With 3 levels of heat as well, the output is in my opinion, far superior over previous models, especially the basic ones. This works especially well with tea pods that sometimes can be notorious for having a weaker tea – with this model, you can noticeably tell a difference by choose the strong setting. Brew times are now also faster than on previous models. Instead of pulling water from the tank into the machine, heating it, THEN putting it through the brew process, the Supreme Plus now pulls the water from the tank and heats it as it’s pulled through, directly through the machine and into the K-cup as it’s brewing. This results in faster results. Stronger brew settings will slow it down a little, but it’s still faster than older/cheaper models. Your choices of brew sizes is also expanded to include 4,6,8,10, and 12 ounces. A “over ice” button helps regulate output if you’re making a chilled drink over ice – by removing the bottom tray, you can put containers that are just under 7 inches in height (barely) under the drip, including the classic Keurig iced tumbler. Three program buttons allow you to save favorite settings if you like. There is no clock to set the machine to come on at a specific time, however. An automatic shut off turns the machine off after several minutes of non-use. I’ve had people visiting for extended holiday times when this came in for review, and we’ve been using it constantly in the short time I’ve had it. The only real complaint I can come up with is one: When you have the strength setting set for low or normal, and the brewing is at it’s fastest, the water will splash a bit in standard sized cups and mugs. Some water will splash out onto the countertop surrounding the machine, so it’s worth being aware of this. Taller mugs catch most of it, and using the medium or strong brew settings slows it down enough to almost eliminate it. Just using it for hot water output (for instant soups, etc) splashes a bit, too. That’s the price I guess you pay for having it be faster overall, though. Other than that, there are no real complaints to be had – I cannot comment on longevity of the machine or durability over time, but will update the review if there are issues as time progresses. With a retail price approaching $200, you do have to be a coffee/tea drinker to want to invest in this, but it again does address some of the minor annoyances of the cheaper models, too. It might well be worth it to you to give it a try. My rating of 4 out of 5 stars reflects nearly all good, with 1 star removed for the splashing issue, and the fact my unit came with water in the tank (??) as though it were used, though the box was sealed as new. Confusing. As-is though, I still do recommend it. But at this price point it would be nice to add a few free K-cups as samples in the box for buyers (hint hint Keurig).

This coffee maker worked well for about 5 months. Suddenly it started having issues where the lid would not close properly. It will not brew properly any longer because the lid will not close completely. You can see in the photo where the black part of the lid is up. It should be flush with the silver handle.

So this is my first ever keurig k-cup coffee machine that I’ve owned. Now I have tried them in the past. Maybe 8 yrs ago. And at that time I thought they were cool. Being that they are so easy to use and for single servings. I manly amp see it back then for hot tea. But I remember the old models only having the single stream and noticed there seemed to be tea left unused. But now that this new model has a multi stream system u get more flavor on both teas and coffee (my wife like coffee) she says it’s darker and believes you are now utilizing the full amount of coffee and doesn’t look watery. She also love that the new slimmer water tank has a filter. I like the new design. It’s super clean and sturdy as well. A problem I think made the older models look and feel a bit on the cheap-ish side. Buttons are clicky and sturdy. Plenty of personalized options for everyday use between 2 people. This model does not take up much Space as a premium coffee/tea maker should be. Both me and my wife love it. A definite luxury but one that brings energetic happiness. I highly recommend if you love coffee or hot teas. Makes life easier than making pots.

My previous Keurig stopped working so I needed to find a replacement and I thought I would give this one a try. The design of this particular unit is excellent and the ability to vary the temp and the strength of the brew is also a plus. This one happens to come with a water filter included so that helps and the cup base is also easily removable so a commuter cup can be placed under the brewer. So far this has been an excellent choice and I do like the compact design.
