Super, quiet, smart AC unit
Got this for our 2 car garage workshop which is insulated but not perfectly. It keeps it cool, is quiet and very efficient. It’s absolutely fantastic. Smart controls too.

Pretty good AC unit for larger areas
After much research and comparing window AC units, I decided on this one and I am happy with my purchase. This one is definitely more quiet than other models I've had before in the 10K-12K BTU range, which is ultimately why I chose this unit. It doesn't blow air as hard as I would have expected for this size unit, but it gets the rooms cooled down eventually. (I use it to cool a small kitchen, hallways, and adjoining living room which total up to about 500 SF.)

Not worth purchasing through Best buy and paying t
If you going to purchase this item don't bother going through Best buy item came broken through shipping and Best buy was supposed to have a replacement item at the store for me and never called and never did so I am now stuck with a broken air conditioner
