Good for cooling my downstairs

I was looking for a newer window unit with a decent amout of BTUs so I only needed to use 1, so... 5 stars for cooling my whole shoe box sized downstairs, -1 star for the constant clicking and noises.
I would recommend this to a friend - Rated 5 out of 5 stars
