Purchased this to go on driver side of my boat as I have 1 installed in passenger side. The price is perfectly reasonable for what your getting. The quality is what your paying for. I'm pushing each individual speaker with the Boss 1500 amp. And 2farad capacitors. It's more than I need. But why not. Fast shipping. I'm pleased.

This thing Packs a PUNCH!!! For a 10” woofer. Was perfect for my limited trunk space. Would definitely recommend! The pic isn’t great, but that’s the best way the Metra Sub Enclosure fits in my 79 Firebird.

We went to Best Buy in Eatontown New Jersey to purchase a radio and a speaker system for my 17-year-old son Car for his birthday he sells people helped us out with what to buy and when everything came in and we brought it to the store to have it installed by their professional installers unfortunately the speaker would not fit because it did not come with a box so being that this was a surprise for a birthday gift we asked the installer if he could recommend the best speaker for the car he said that this was the one that he highly recommend it is a high-quality good sound so we went with his advice he had to actually travel to another Best Buy store get this speaker because although the store he worked out of had other speakers available he strongly recommended us to have this one he installed it and when we came to pick the car up we brought my son with us and he went over everything the radio speaker amplifier and the back up camera so if you’re looking to get a speaker or anything else for your audio in the car this speaker is the best also if you are lucky enough to live in the New Jersey area and can get your stuff installed by the guys in Eatontown New Jersey that’s a highly recommended thing to do as well.

They perform great at 2 ohm...I wired them for 1 ohm and they are gold. They have held up to some good punishment. The cones are tough because they are in my hatch and I move stuff all the time. They are really durable.

Put this in my commuter hoopty 2002 Mazda Protege. Bought this box on sale at Xmas. It came paired with a Metra 10” sealed box. Looking at the MFG specs for the woofer the box slightly undersized, so I used some poly fill inside the box. I powered it with the Alpine MRV-M500 500wRMS mono amp. Ran the amp and woofer at 2 ohms. Installed it myself. Everything is perfect together. Sounds great. More bass than I needed.

For what I paid for 2 10" speakers, I'm pretty happy. Voice coils could be slightly louder but I think that's more my calibration. The pair are in a ported enclosure and driven by a 600W Rockford Fosgate amp

Great bang for the buck! Really good “mid level” off the shelf subwoofer. Comparable to the Alpine Type S—I would say Alpine is a little bit louder but would not handle as much power as the Kicker Comp R. I would definitely recommend the Kicker as it can handle more power than the RMS rating. People say Kicker isn’t what it used to be but runs perfect for me! Been enjoying this for over a year with no issues and still have 3 years left with Geek Squad warranty :)

I accidentally tore the surround of my 15y/o Rockford HE while pulling it out of an old box, so I ran down to Best Buy to pick something up. I was happy to see they still had a couple good options in stock. the over all construction is what you'd expect from a sub at this price point. has "ok" frequency response pre-tune

I purchased a Kicker compr 12" dvc 2 ohm. Using the specs I made a custom 4th order box. I am more than satisfied with Kickers sub. Great output! Unbelievable Lows down to 15hz.

Kicker has always been my go to equipment for car audio and this speaker does not disappoint. Running it at 1 ohm and it bangs!

I've had several 10 inch subs from Polk audio, kenwood and a 15 inch Rockford fosgate sub. Let me tell you this is one powerful lil sub too. It hits as hard as my 15 inch Rockford it's only a 10inch. Also it's underpowered I have a 500 watt amp 250 watts rms powering this subwoofer. It can handle up to 400 watts rms holy cow. It makes my whole car and chest vibrate. Don't wanna know what it would do if I actually had it at full power I'm very satisfied it's my first kicker subwoofer I ever bought and not disappointed I'm definitely a fan keep it up kicker. The enclosure is a critical part to a subwoofer. I have mine in 1.25cu. ft vented box. Sounds amazing.

Bought this to to replace my blown jbl sub which blew in 4 months anyways I got this on sale bb for 97 dollars and its way louder than the 12 inch jbl cx speaker I had this thing turns heads at low volume made a few car alarms go off go ahead and get one !

The 12” Kicker was a great addition to my 2014 Chevy Cruze sound system. It offers nice clear bass at an affordable price. Highly recommend.
