For my Jeep Grand Cherokee I decided to go with a full kicker sound system: 2 12" Kicker CompRs in Kicker Box Kicker CXA1200.1 amp with bass knob Kicker KS 6x9 components up front Kicker KS 6.5 coaxials in the back For the inputs I bypassed using a LOC/DSP and instead used Kicker's speaker wire to RCA adaptors (which Best Buy no longer sells for some reason) from the stock head-unit to allow for a low-distortion high-level input that the amp accepts. From there I used a DMM to gain match the subs for 1000RMS at 2OHM. Simple Review: THIS!....SYSTEM!.....SLAMS! SUBS: The bass is not only LOUD but DEEP with high clarity. The low notes shake everything in my car to the point that I've tried to use foam to soften the blow (useless). On the right songs it can sound like a bomb is going off directly in your ear and the box/sub combo digs deep enough to sound good on almost all music. Youtube "Kicker CompR 12 inch Subs (2021)" and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about in action. Crazy part is I feel like these subs could take even more power if I wanted them to. AMP: I've mainly ran Hifonics amps in the past, even ones rated for more power, and NONE of them have worked as well as the Kicker CXA1200.1. This amp delivers clean consistent power no matter the situation and barely gets warm to the touch. The amp also cuts on as soon as it senses a signal from the radio making installation that much easier. Even with the Start/Stop technology that the Jeep uses the system keeps pumping out sound at red lights. The amp is highly efficient too as I have not noticed any headlight dimming when the bass hits which is impressive considering how small the amp is. SPEAKERS: The KS series of speakers are a definite upgrade from my stock speakers. They really shine in both the bass and tweeter areas. The tweeters are crisp and provide high definition compared to my stock speakers. The bass notes on the woofer sound cleaner and less exaggerated leading to a higher clarity. The mids sound ok but I feel like these speakers could really use an amp to reach their true potential. Overall they blend well with the subs set-up which creates a unique Kicker sound compared to stock. Overall, you can't go wrong with this Kicker set-up. The clarity is great and the bass response is AMAZING. I'm actually upset when my hour long commute ends cus one more song couldn't hurt and everything else feels like a downgrade once I step out the car.

What a difference this Kicker CompR Dual 12” Dual Voice Coil subwoofers makes compared to my old dual 10” Alpine subs. The Kicker has so much punch and low end bass that the two 12” subs can produce. The cabinet that holds the two 12” subs is well made, solid and nice and heavy. It has black carpeting that has the kicker logo embroidered in the top. Overall this Kicker CompR sub box has excellent sound quality, and is very well made.

The sound is great and i love the bass!! I thought it wouldn't fit on my volkswagen id 4, but sure did!

Love the all black sleek design, small compact box feels like it's custom-made for my trunk and the sound is amazing. Definitely worth every penny.

So i have this system with an 800.1 kicker amp and it rumbles in my trunk. I had two solo baric L7 12”s before these and needed trunk space. Lets say i saved an inch lol. However getting thses CompR did not dissapoint. I can only imagine what they thimp like with an 1800 watt kicker anp.

Excellent product better than expected can raise to full volume without getting hurting my ears it makes rear view mirror dance not regret here this is in my case with 600 watts setup love them and will buy it again without hesitation.

Not a Tech Specialist or whatever, but this set of speakers really has made the difference. I recommend getting this set, it’s what I wanted as far as bass and a little more. I just wanted some kind of bass on my car but this one really blew it out the place. I have a small $100 kicker Amp attached to it and it still sounds really good.

Bumps my car pretty good, solid subwoofersif you wanted a prefab box from kicker. Solid for beginners as well.

Running these on the cx1200.1 at 1ohm. Seemed to be just a little overpowered so I adjusted the gain and equalizer accordingly. These subwoofers + this box = tremendous output. Our range of music varies and it sounds great with anything we throw at it. Highly recommend this set. Looks great also.

I got mine early this year and let me tell you, these things thump!! Make sure after purchase that you allow for the break in period to occur it took mines roughly a week and a half to fully break in but after that they was good as golden. I ended up pairing mines with the sexy kicker grills that I got at my local audio store and ever since then they been kicking strong!!

Very nice mid level set. Makes my 2020 Rio S worth driving. I love the look and it takes me back to my 20's. I don't recommend having them shipped, it is worth it to just pick them up. You might end up having to take them to the store to exchange them if you do.

Worth the money. They ROCK! I would not hesitate to buy these again. They fit my 2019 Chevy blazer perfectly.

They sound Amazing with a 1200 watt amp. Recommend

Installed in a hatchback with matching amp under drivers seat. This is the third time I’ve installed subwoofers but the first time I didn’t go cheap and I couldn’t be happier

This 12inch setup withe box they come in is the best u can buy for people who want easy setup as well as a fantastic sound in any car or SUV. By far the best i have ever purchased. It will absolutely put any other deal to shame.
