I waited about 3 months to write a review, this speaker is still going strong! I have a Fiat 500 and thus have limited space for things like subs. This fits perfectly under the seat and produces plenty of bass for the small sound space of my car. Installation was straightforward, certainly less complicated than installing a separate amp. This sub is perfect for most people looking to add bass on a budget as well as save some time.

Fits under my seat in a fiat 500and provides ample sound. I upgraded everything and without this piece my sound wouldn’t be nearly as good. When I found out there was an all in one like this I was so excited. I was looking for something that could make me feel base and not take much room and this has been perfect. I was a little disappointed at the fact there was a knob for the base. I have no idea if thats common or not. This attached near my stereo. I used the total tech membership todo all the install which Was very nice.

This really upgraded my sound without losing the back seat. It went under the seat. Not an absolutely perfect fit but does work there. Out of the way and it’s not muffled even though it’s under the rear seats. Very happy with the purchase. I drove a Chevy Colorado crew cab and I did have to get a little creative in how to wire it to have enough wire and not have to splice extra in. The wiring harness is short if you have a full size truck may not work without adding additional wire. It’s not going to bounce you out of your seat with bass but it absolutely improves the sound and takes up little room.

Installed in a 1998 Jeep TJ that just needed some low end reinforcement without being obtrusive. Its not a thunderbox - it compliments what you have and gives you what you’re missing. Install is simple but the inputs are line level, bare wires. If you are running from RCA outputs, you’ll need a RCA to line converter. I screwed it to the tailgate to get it out of the way.

Firstly, this is an introduction amp/sub combo for those who want to add a little bass and hit to their factory system. Don't expect drops like you would with standalone amps and sub professionally installed, I knew what I was wanting and this hit the spot perfectly. The weight is perfect, not heavy but well built, easily one arm lift and maneuver while installing; sturdy frame that tells it was well built and durable. I installed this in my 2020 Dodge Charger on the pull away trunk bottom and fed the ground to the chassis by the battery (battery is in the trunk so I didn't have to worry about a fire wall) and the power to the battery of course. So I had more than enough ground length and power length, but the speaker wires were only 8' in length and I needed at least a good 10'-12' on each side for routing and stowing, so I bought 16awg wire at AutoZone and soldered the wires appropriately and routed them as needed. Also, I had to go to another brand of terminals for the ground and power as the factory ones that came with the product cracked easily and the lead would slip out, so AutoZone had what I needed and the tug test worked so I wrapped for a better seal and installed. The entire install was only a few hours at I had prep the area, disconnect the battery, remove a few panels and solder connects plus shrink/electrical tape the work I had done. For me it was easy as my job is an electronic technician and I wire for a living so this was a breeze, just the car panels didn't know I needed their help for them to come off lol. Anyways, the sound was more than what I expected. The punch from certain songs, and bass hits from others; wow, phenomenal for this little guy. I love my audio and this one is perfect for what I needed. The bass boost cable was long (more than enough) to route from the back to the drivers side inside center dash. Just used 3M tape to hold it as I was not going to screw into my panels. But it's a sturdy knob, great build, good material. Overall, satisfied with this product and I couldn't believe how good Prodigy - Breathe sounded or Sickick - Hittem. KTrek - Sierra and others. 5/5 for what it is, small, inexpensive and versatile for where it can be placed. 4/5 for wire lengths, speaker wires could be made longer just in case of rear seat installation or trunk option. 5/5 for build and hardware included and also installation time. 10/10 would recommend for factory system upgrades for those would want something personal for themselves and not the neighborhood. Easy instructions, just make sure to find out your positive and negatives for your vehicle wirings and DO NOT install to rear speakers as the highs and lows are not enough to receive consistent power input for the needed signals for the hideaway. USE FRONT SPEAKERS and be cautious when adding mids treble and bass on headhunt, recommended on manual to reset those to 0 as they can cause the unit to power off. I don't mind it, still sounds great on Apple Music with CarPlay.

Fits great behind the back seat of my 2015 F-150 Super Crew. It was easy to hook up to the existing door speakers as well as the battery.

This is an awesome subwoofer. I installed it in my 2016 Honda Civic Sedan as I wanted more bass out of my factory stereo. This gives me just the right amount of bass without rattling the trunk. It is perfect if you just want some extra bass out of your factory stereo without having to upgrade the entire sound system. If you prefer a much louder system than this may not be for you. This is great for small vehicles, I doubt it will sound good in a big vehicle as its just an 8" subwoofer.

I purchased this sub for my motorcycle. For my application this sub is great. It adds the bass missing from the other speakers. So far I'm very pleased with the sound.

Used this to add bass to my soundbar and its just the right size to fit between the rear seats of my Kawasaki Teryx4. The remote bass control is prefect to adjust per song without stopping and reaching back to the sub too.

Great little sub and amp combo. Purchased to install in my 2013 Civic SI. Easy to install. Comes with it's own wiring harness, easy process if you do your research. Fits snug under the drivers seat. It definitely bumps! Highly recommended.

Great little all in 1 package. Built like a tank. After of years of always going the amp/sub box route, I decided to try an all in 1 sub since my pickup truck doesn't have much room. I was really surprised. My front speakers were upgraded to kicker 5x7s but, excluding the kicker hideaway, the stereo is a factory Ford Sync system. I recommend.

I wanted a bit more thump for my base factory stereo; thus provides exactly that. Super easy install with provided harness and mounting straps.

Great Addition to my small space. Deeper sound with more punch. Not overwhelming ,but just right for the size of the listening space. This is a great purchase. Wish I did it sooner.

Was wanting a little extra bass to add to my stock system in my 2020 Honda Civic Sport, and it's was the perfect match. I put it under my passenger seat and the wiring was super easy since I just tapped into my stock rear speaker wires. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for extra bass for a small area. I still have to hide some of the wiring, but that's for another day.

2008 Volvo Xc90. Easy install. Easy to adjust sound. It’s a decent speaker for a “better than stock” sound. Won’t blow you away with bass, but will improve your sound system. Doesn’t take up much space at all. Very compact.

Just take some time playing with the settings, drive around for a few days, keep adjusting every so often until you find your sweet spot. The control knob is nice to adjust on the fly as well.

Works well, i couldnt fit it under the seat for my 2002 acura rsx but i installed it behind the back seat. Works well. I wired it to the front speakers. Even though my head unit jad rca subwoofer and also L and R outputs the hideaway wouldn't work that way for me.but works great sounds great.

This set up is a great bang for the buck. Best Buy staff installed this to my current “stock” system. Now it sounds amazing with great bass as well.

Fantastic sound and control for the size. Love the fat bottom I get now in the jeep.
