I tapped into my rear speaker channels to add an amplifier and subwoofer to my stock stereo. This product works perfectly. I had to splice into an accessory power source to act as my amp remote signal so I just ran a ground wire for this while I had everything opened up even though they say it is not needed. I have had no noise or sound quality issues whatsoever. The compact size and budget friendly price tag make this a 5-star product.
