We have had this cooler for a couple of weeks and we love it. It arrived quickly and was well packed and undamaged. After letting it set for 3 hours as recommended, we plugged it in and let it get cold (55°). It chilled quickly and the builtin thermometer appeared to be accurate. We compared it with a separate refrigerator thermometer and a handheld digital thermometer. All were within one degree of each other. It storage capability is accurate - none of that silly interleaving of bottles and preder its metal racks to the wood ones in other wine coolers. Would definitely recommend purchase based on our experience.
