Whether you are a collector, reenactor, or just need a survival whistle for emergencies, this Keychain Whistle by Kings County Tools is a unique and beautifully handmade piece of history. This gold whistle first made history in 1883, when the London Metropolitan Police were looking for a portable noisemaker to replace the large wooden rattlers officers had to lug around. Between 1939 and 1945, the Metropolitan whistle was also issued to British officers serving in World War II, and this replica model is made in the same shop, using some of the tooling and dies that created the first versions. Our emergency whistles are made of solid brass that delivers loud, crisp two tones with sound decibels reaching 102dB, making them ideal for many scenarios, from men's and women's self-defense, hiking, and emergency situations to coaching, refereeing games, and lifeguarding.
BRASS WHISTLE
