I purchased this because of Milo Ventimiglia. I have been a fan of his for a long time. I first saw Kiss of the Damned on Netflix and although I loved his scenes I didn't like/didn't understand the movie. After a second and third viewing it grew on me. The relationship between the characters (even the minor ones) are interesting. The world building also drew me in as well. The cinematography is beautiful even if the story/allure of vampires does not encapsulate you. Paolo, a screenwriter, becomes entranced with a woman D'Juna with a "skin condition".

This isn't a masterpiece, but it's really entertaining as an homage to 1970's European vampire movies. It's beautifully shot, has a very cool soundtrack, and populated by beautiful people who are having a blast chewing up the scenery. I really enjoy this movie. And I was surprised to find there are even some extras considering it's such a cheap blu-ray. A commentary by the director and a few cast interviews.

Movie had a good plot, it kept you on the edge of your set to the end. Was a romantic vampire movie.
