Dials are hard to read & two racks would be better

Compared to my 35-year-old Black & Decker toaster oven which finally "gave up the ghost", the Kitchen Elite is lacking. It could have two racks (instead of one), and the dials are very hard to read. Unfortunately, B&D didn't have a similar replacement model, and it was hard to find any replacement that was similar in size and didn't have "air frying" capability - which I didn't want. I do like the sleek aluminum exterior.
