This was purchased to replace the an older model. The new model is not as good. The controls have been cheapen up and it is noisy. The micro does warm the idioms the same. The model now is only available in black stainless, cheap looking. KitchenAid is no looker the premium it was. This review is not any thing against Best Buy. Best Buy has always given us great service.

We had to replace our old microwave after it broke down and cound no longer be repaired. We went with KitchenAid so we could match our oven brand and color wihich is installed in the wall drirectly below our microwave. This unit fit fine into the wall space and along with a new trim kit from Whirlpool, we were able to martch our components up. This product works well and is highly recommended.

So happy I purchased this microwave. I looked at so many and decided to give it a try. My first time buying LG and I have no regrets. Easy to use and cooks/reheats my food without overheating! I also love the look of it in my kitchen.
