Love my kitchenAid appliances. This is my first bottom freezer frig. I miss the rollout shelves that my old one had, but still very spacious and easy to reach everything. Still not sure of the deli drawer. Seems a little flimsy, but lots of room and easy to organize. Very quiet running. So far no problem with the stainless. It's just 2 of us so no sticky kids getting in and out of it. Happy so far!

I been trying to find a good refrigerator for awhile now that would fit into my kitchen. I love this fridge. So far it works great. Love the large deli drawer. The bottom freezer is perfect without the ice maker. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it’s not fingerprint resistant, otherwise it meets all my expectations

I love this refrigerator. I have a small kitchen, frig is not huge, which is why I looked at it. The inside has very sturdy shelves, and more room than t thought. Freezer is just the right size, easy to organize with the pull out drawers. Its quiet, no ice maker or water hook up , which is another reason I like it. Easy to keep clean.

I was replacing and old fridge that needed to fit into a specific space. I had only 3 choices, this was the only one I could get without an ice maker installed (optional feature). I have no need nor the connection for ice maker. This Fridge looks great, is quieter than my previous GE Profile. The shelves seem a bit flimsy, but work fine. A minor complaint - the fridge door will not swing shut by itself. You must actually close it with intention. Many times I will come back to find that the door has not closed and is ajar. Otherwise a good fridge. Can't speak to durability yet, but it does have 10 year warranty on compressor.

This purchase sight unseen, has far exceeded my initial buyer’s apprehension. It keeps everything nice and cold at the “3” setting, with food retained at temperature and humidity needed to retain freshness. The KitchenAid’s design and LED lighting also were a big bonus. This makes it is easier to remove or store items in the refrigerator or freezer, more so than any refrigerator, I’ve ever been around and I’m a Vietnam era veteran. It does smudge easily, but I'll take that any day over (most) refrigerators that struggle to control freezer/perishables sections!.

I purchased this model because it fit in my space. It seems all the new refrigerators are going wider and wider. I live in a 1 bedroom condo...I don't need a monster refrigerator. This model is sleek looking with flexible interior storage configurations.

This unit replace a GE purchased 10 years ago. The GE banged, wheezed and hissed at us from day one. This unit performed well immediately and the freezer below design is so much more convenient than the traditional freezer up. Only issue might be the mechanics of the drawers - a bit flimsy and not real smooth movement but more than adequate.

this is the first time I've had stainless steal and I am disappointed with the fingerprint resistant quality. My refrigerator alway has finger prints and I have to really work to get them to go away. I use a stainless steal cleaner that was recommended, but it really doesn't help. I'd recommend as long as the buyer understands the limitations of the finish.

Love having freezer pull out from the bottom! Great storage space and light is great to see everything! Frig space allows great organization of food items and clear drawers are awesome! Lighting is fabulous!

The unit leans back a bit even with the front roller wheels adjusted all the way up. The rear rollers are fixed and can't be lowered. The compressor cycles a bit louder than expected.

Very happy with my refrigerator. Can’t even hear it running unlike the one I replaced. The shelving works perfect for my needs. Good size for a small family or someone with limited space.

I especially like the LED lighting and windows on the drawers. Also comes with a wine bottle rack which is cool. Be careful when ordering this fridge. There are two different models. One has the door handle on the left and the other has it on the right. There is no way to switch the hinge and door handle from one side to the other.

The features of this product meets our needs very well. Specifically, great interior space, adjustable shelves and gallon size door shelves, excellent interior lighting both in the refrigerator and in the freezer. And the optional ice maker, believe or not, was a selling point for us, since we have no ready access to a water supply for a refrigerator, and we did not want to pay for something we could not use.

Older refrigerators seem to have more storage space but I was able to get it to where I can use it best by rearranging the shelves and am very happy about this appliance. The actual size of the refrigerator is bigger than our old one. It had the door hinged on the right-side and that's what we needed. We had to set it at 3 and it is really cold but my eggs are not frozen in the top part as they were when temperature was set at 4.

I wish I had the room for a larger fridge but this little 18.7 cu. Ft. bottom freezer from Kitchen Aid does an excellent job of making use of its smaller size. It’s well thought out and runs much quieter then the GE Profile It replaced.
